Split Thread WTC2 was struck by a 'flying pig'

March's Thesaurus & Dictionary - 1933
Flying pig n. Aerial torpedo

This is a German "state of the Art " flying pig circa 1945 at the
end of WWII that was powered by a jet engine.
The flying pigs could be either remotely steered or steered by a man
making the ultimate sacrifice.
I do have a rendering of an American " remote controlled " flying pig but
the file is to large to load.

fixed some of that for you...
Fighter jets are generally turbo jets. Commercial airliners are turbo-fan.

Humongous difference in sound, discernable to the deaf, even...
(Turbojet hits you right in the chest--you can FEEL it)

Like I said-
If you're within 2500 feet of either one, and cannot tell the difference, you are not just deaf--you're dead.
You don't hear a fighter engine so much as FEEL it. And if they hit the A/B (reheat to you excessive "u" folk), even being dead won't keep the noise out...:D

Just when I thought it couldn't get any sillier....

Here is an image of a 767 with a couple a guys standing next to it...for scale.

Here is an image of the missle you are referring to..also with a couple of guys standing next to it, for scaling purposes.

and lastly....an image of your "flying pig" right before impact.

http://blog.ericharmatz.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/911s.jpg

Since we know the width of the WTC (208 feet)...and we know the wingspan of the aircraft (150 feet) it's easy to extrapolate the size of the object in the image...and sure enough...it's the size of a 767. So your "model" was full sized.

Now I'm wondering...how does a single engine with 600 pounds of thrust push a model that size at 500+ mph? (A single 767 engine has 50k-63K pounds of thrust.)

Wouldn't be a lot easier to just to put explosives in a real 767? It could hold a whole lot more than the 2500 pound warhead of the missile.

Pure silliness.

Hmm let's see,the Williams F107 low bypass ratio turbofan is 1.262m long with a diameter of 304mm (output 3.1kN)and a GE CF6high bypas ratio turbofan is 4.65m long and 2.67m in diameter (output 240kN) times 2 for a 767.

Yep people wouldn't be able to tell the difference there :boggled:

I would have guessed one of these.

Seriously, this individual is (a) pulling your legs, (b) experiencing a severe flashback, or (c) insane. There is no way this will lead to a productive discussion. Stop teasing him.
Care to answer any of the questions and/or allegations, Senor troll?

Yes, WTC-2 was struck by a flying pig. His name was Marwan al-Shehhi.

This post makes complete sense and even a 5 year old could understand it. The logic is irrefutable.

Therefore, Fonebone will ignore it.

Randi, you can PM for the address to send the $1 million.

What, predicting the sun will rise in the east tomorrow mornig doesn't count?

And the Truth finds another way to be stupid with this flying pig thread.
T-T-T-T-T-H-H-H-A---TS ALL FOLKS!

You did call it...fair and square. (and thank you for the complement)

Instead of answering the hard questions...he went for the easy one..."what do you think a flying pig is"

His response was to show us a 50 year old picture from WWII. After a little "google-fu" trying to find a reference to any missile nicknamed "flying pig"...I came up with two things...Jack and squat. Since he's not going to answer the really hard questions like:

--Both towers were reported to have swayed back and forth after the impact, for several minutes...How could a missile that weighs 3200 lbs. with a 1500 lb warhead cause a building of that size to sway?

--How did a missile cut a 767 shaped hole in the side of the tower?

--How does an engine with 600 lbs of trust make as much noise as 2 engines putting out a combined 100k+ lbs of trust?

Naw...stuff like that is hard...

So here's an underhand one.

I can find any reference to the term "flying pig" being associated with a missile...where did you hear that term from? and would you mind posting a reference?

Yep. Pretty sad. I'm fairly certain the "aerial torpedo" referred to by his reference was this one:

How do you make it sound like a 757/767 going 500MPH?

How do you make it look like the 757/767 seen by thousands

And how do you make a HE warhead produce a fuel fireball?

If it walks like a pig .... ehr .. duck.

Wow Fonebone, your case is not even the least bit compelling, how inconsiderate of you. Try much harder.

Well, German Engineering is the best, y'know.
Even if it is 77 years old. They were waaaayyyyy ahead of their time, because of the Reptilians, don't you see....

I tell you what....the quality of truther around here has really nose-dived. Seems like all we get nowadays is Schwinn-by troofings, and trolls. Being a truther must be alot like being a Detroit Lions fan.....but at least the Lions win one occasionally.
