'Council-maintained roads and pavements' ? Have you actually considered how much money the state (national and local) receive in all taxation and how much of it is spent on the taxpayer of this nation ?

Have a guess. Is it -

a. 100%

b. 50%

c. 20%

d. Less than 20%

The very opposite is true. People everywhere are waking up. It took time. But people everywhere are realising the entire feudal/corporate system is robbing this nation blind. It has already sold you to the EU with hardly a whimper of protest. And you are agonising on which stooge party to vote for. The engineers of the takeover can hardly believe it was so easy. They're preparing another bailout for you to pay soon.

Don't you just love the corporate feudalism of which you are a subject ?
 
Er, yes, if I'm not mistaken the illegal invasion and occupation of both Iraq and Afghanistan are supposed to help provide them with democracy.

Ahem. I asked if anyone on this thread, besides you, had claimed that England, Great Britain, or the U.K. was exporting democracy or entitled to do so. You answered by making the claim again. (Truly entertaining.)

Perhaps a course in reading comprehension would be helpful.

It doesn't matter. If the council tax pays for even a fraction of a penny towards the upkeep of the roads or pavements, you may not walk on them if you refuse to use the council's services.

You can make whatever choice you like, but given that this malicious agent of the Admiralty Court and his Jesuit Masonic Papal Puppetmasters in Parliament is, in fact, malicious, he will ignore it. Since there is no law compelling a person to pay Council Tax and never has been.

Glad we got that out of the way. You are invited to contract with them for goods and services. Which you consent to or not, according to your own right under the law. What law ? The Law of England that relates to contracts.

It cannot be more simple. And no. The court of Admiralty is the law of the sea and of commerce and has no jurisdiction over the law of England.

Hope this clarifies the simpler side of these things.

You are a sick individual. To have as much freedom as you do, to live in one of the countries in the world that respects human dignity and rights to such a high level, and then whine and moan about "corporate feudalism" when you have never been subject to such a thing in your life.

Really? So why is it that your fellow woos are being ordered to pay council tax even after doing the whole Freeman dance?

As we've schooled other FOTL woos before, no contracting is required. If you live under the jurisdiction of a government you have given your implied consent. If you don't like the council tax, move to another country.

But the judge is both EVIL and IGNORANT, right? You said so yourself. So what happens if, as in the case LiD linked to a moment ago, the judge ignores the FMOTL stuff and charges / gaols you anyway?

What is the recourse? To whom can you appeal? Who can clarify the Common Law of England such that this cruel and unusual judge can be brought to book? If you say your FMOTL magic words and it still doesn't work - because the system is run by evil Jesuits - what's the next step? If these Admiralty bastards flagrantly IGNORE the Common Law of England, what do you do? Who enforces the Common Law of England, and how?

Or do you really think that these people are spectacularly more evil, but spectacularly MORE pedantic in following rules, even if such actions would undermine their evil plan?

Actually under "common law" a contract does not have to written down or even explicitly stated, common practice alone can form a contract. So even if you were somehow right about "contract law" (and you aren't) the fact is that you have accepted a contract by simply living in the UK and availing yourself of the benefits etc. under "English common law".
 
So... wait. This evil judge. He's evil enough to SCAM and TRICK you and to OPPRESS you, but not evil enough to simply ignore the Common Law of England (which, it seems to me, has no means of enforcement, nor penalties for digression) where such "law" would impede his evil plan. He will literally give up his evil plan, simply because of a bureaucratic loophole in a body of law he has dedicated his entire career to undermining, and he will do so even though there would be no consequences to him should he simply just continue simply being evil and oppressive.

Do I have that right?

I ask because we must follow your awesome lifestyle in Defeating the System, and because I am a cheapskate who would like to save money.

Now, tell me how this FOTL stuff saves me money. Not in ten years or next week - now, thanks.
 
Don't be silly - what would happen is that the judge would recognise that she has based her career on a misunderstanding, dismiss the case and then resign.
