These new details are really touching, but you haven't proven anything. In fact I find this getting more bizarre as time goes on. You went from this:

Why is that suspicious in your opinion?

Charges get reduced all the time, for a variety of reasons.

Remember Red has no idea what reality is. You know where first time offenses get slaps on the wrist; and non-violent acts usually gets the offender on a probation type of status; and community service or the like would be issued.

aS stated by Tri - the kid had no record to speak of (meaning he either never got caught in doing any of the stuff he did that was criminal, or he just never did any criminal act).

But good on Tri to step in and give his opinion. WHy should he continue to make this kid's already troubled life, more trouble that it needed?

You seem to be having trouble understanding a very straightforward question several people have put to you. You wrote that Tri's story was exposed as a fabrication. In reality, nothing of the sort happened. You are now reduced to claiming that it hasn't been proved beyond doubt. But, let us agree that your new position is far from your old one. Your original statement qualifies as a lie in that it is a) untrue, and b) was known by you to be untrue when you made it.
What is stopping you from offering an overdue apology?
