Both Chief Nigro and Chief haydan stated the men were pulled out early in the day. Several hours before the building came down. Please do research before responding.

Approximately three hours after that order was given, WTC 7 collapsed.

So, we have established that you lied when you pretended that anybody said anything about pulling the men "early in the day." The building collapsed at roughly 5 PM; the evacuation of the collapse therefore started at 2 PM. According to Hayden, it was completed by 3:30. Why are you providing material that exposes you as a complete fraud?
