The Naudet brothers were filming a documentary about rookie Firefighters, IIRC, and so they were out and about with various FF teams for weeks. If you watch their documentary, they were out filming everything months before the attacks.

They were filmmakers, they had cameras going all the time...this explains it to me. There is no evidence beyond paranoid suspicion to even bring them into the 9/11 CT discussion.

Anyways try and not get the planes hitting again we dont want it to appear that we planted you! How do you know what should have happened to that engine?
Where is your proof that that is was planted?
I notice that you love to make WILD accusations and then when asked for an explanation you either dont answer or answer the question with another question.

If one took a cell with the same number of perps as was used on 9/11 of experienced riflemen with the proper equipment into more than one of the "Gun Free Zones" within a specific locality, that cell could easily kill as many people or more than were killed on 9/11. They wouldn't be able to destroy large buildings with conventional explosive, but they sure could kill a lot of folks in a very short period of time.

The reason I don't worry about things like poisoned water or chemical/biological attacks is that, to al Qaeda, they aren't nearly spectacular enough. They don't provide those memorable images that would be replayed on television again and again.

Al Qaeda wants to BLOW STUFF UP, and the deaths of innocent civilians is only fringe benefit.

While I appreciate (and relate to) your disdain for the nuttery, and the lot, we are trying to keep the thread civil, and somewhat limited to what most of will agree are REASONABLE questions about 9/11.

While it is true, that we can probably speculate as to the intent of the question, the question in and of itself is a harmless one.

Bobert, you have any questions about 9/11 that nag at you?

Because the physical world doesn't always behave the way we think it should?

This isn't a particularly interesting question, IMHO. Something more relevant to the overall event, rather than little details, would be far more in keeping with the spirit of this thread.

Please note, this is not a place for MIHOP questions, however, i think we can TOLERATE some LIHOP angles if presented well.

1. Did John Ashcroft's expressed request to "not hear any more about Al Qaeda" amount to gross negligence, incompetence, or simply poor judgment leading up to 9/11?

2. Did Zelikow prevent the provision of any piece of evidence that might have placed proper blame for not preventing the attacks on any element of the USG? If so, who do you feel he was protecting?

3. Do documents exist implicating elements of Saudi and Pakistani Intelligence in supporting, or at the very least, turning a blind eye to the 9/11 plot and plotters?

4. Were there any international agencies that had some form of warning, or inside information that might have helped? If so, what agencies, what did they know, and what proof do we have of this?

How many film crews are filming around Manhattan every day of the week? Count TV stations, documentaries, films, tourists, etc.

The Naudets were the only one that got the first hit. That's not remarkable in the least.

Reportedly two other people got video of the first hit by nowhere near the quality. (souce if asked. I have to dig it up)
