Before you make accusations of war crimes against Israel, what is the most critical criterion that defines a war crime?
Using white phosphorous in a heavily populated area is a war crime.
forcing civilians into a shelter and then shelling that shelter..is a war crime.
murdering innocent farmers in an open field..is a war crime.
forcing hundreds of thousands of people to leave their homes, is a war crime.

You have accused Israel of war crimes. Please provide a link to the relevant decision from the International Court of Justice or International Criminal Court for decisions in which Israel was convicted of carrying out war crimes.

The United States murdered millions of Native Americans and forced millions more from their lands. This was a war crime/crime against humanity.
The USSR forced millions of Crimean Tatars from their homeland. This was a crime against humanity.
Stalin forced millions of Ukrainian farmers to give up their crops, thereby starving millions to death. This was a crime against humanity.
No international court of justice has ruled so. But we all know it to be true.

Your arsenal of facts is as empty as your arsenal of personal invective is full. When you make a serious accusation of war crimes against a sovereign nation, you really ought to know what legally constitutes a war crime.

Strange. Whenever you complain about Israel and someone brings up other atrocities you fail to denounce, you always retort that they're unfairly changing the subject. Yet you are doing the same thing now. Hypocrite.
The use of white phosphorous is legal when not intentionally directed at non-combatants and has been used since World War II. It's probably the most widely used agent in war. I'm not aware of the IDF being convicted of using WP in an illegal manner. A senior ICRC official concluded that Israel's use of WP was within legal constraints, although, I believe another ICRC official subsequently said that report was premature, and, I don't know the final outcome of the findings.
The IDF did not force hundreds of thousands of people to leave their homes. In the interest of minimizing Gazan casualties, the IDF did pre-alert Gazans of their impending incursion through the dropping of leaflets and with mass phone calls. This was an act of humanity, not an act of war.
As for your other charges, can you provide additional details? No army is faultless and I don't claim the IDF is.

But finally, the Russian govt. or Czars were never tried and convicted by the International War Crimes Court in the Hague, for the Russian pogroms which killed thousands of Jews and sent millions fleeing. But we all know these were crimes against humanity.
