Democracy in Georgia

Maybe Mikheil Saakashvili is like the Silvio Berlusconi of Georgia, I mean he is like the georgian version of Silvio Berlusconi and samething with Ilham Aliyev the president of Azerbaijan but Alexander Lukashenko and Ramzan Kadyrov are much worse and much more evil.

What gives Russia, Putin and USA the right to intervene in internal affairs of Georgia.

Who has the right to decide what is in Georgia and what isn't?

USA, Russia and the world community should support the georgian people.

So they should, and the least that Russia can do is lift the official ban on Georgian wine.

If they don"t want Mikheil Saakashvili to be their leader then Mikheil Saakashvili will not be their leader. Let the people decide

They will. Sooner than you might think.

Second. Why didn"t Putin, Russia and the USA say anything when Eduard Shevardnadze was the president of Georgia? Putin just wants somebody who is pro-russian.

Russia is happy with a neutral Georgia. Saakashvili has been deliberately anti-Russian to no good purpose, and look where it's got him. He'll be practicing law back in New York is a year or two, mark my words.

First Mikheil Saakashvili is not a saint. We still should not believe every bad thing that people. What if those are only lies about Mikheil Saakashvili?
What if cats are really dogs? Would you care to get into some specific things he's done as president to earn your respect? I don't hear much about him, except that he allows the US military presence.

A "maybe" and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee.

Anyway Mikheil Saakashvili is a great reformer.
That's great as long as he's not reforming Georgia into his own fiefdom, as leaders of young republics tend to do.

I don"t believe in Russia because they promised in 1920 that they woul not attack Finland then they promised in 1932 and then in 1939 they attacked and stoled Karelia. Georgia thing has nothing to do with democracy or South Ossetia or Abkhazia. Russia just wants back the Soviet Union withouth the communism.

"Georgia without Saakashvili is Georgia without Terror."
-Badri Patarkatsishvili-

I guess Mikheil Saakashvili really is a corrupt despot and the west should support somebody like Nino Burjanadze.
