Bigfoot - The Patterson-Gimlin Film

Your costume analysis is well informed. You seem to have a lot of insight into suit making, and even connections in the business. So c'mon, if some costume maker did make the PGF suit, surely people in the business would know who, how, and when the suit was made (by now).

I've read here that a Mr. Chambers is credited with the Minnesota Ice Man.

Is there no one to take credit for Patty?

Oh wait, beginner's luck, right?

To take credit of patty , you would need that the costume would have been used as-is and constructed by a single person. But there are enough hint , that if patty is a costume, it was 1) one which was cannibalized from eventually more than 1 and 2) heavily modified afterward, eventually from patterson himself and 3) that presuppose that the person is ALIVE and WANT people to know he did it, which is not a given.

Which nicely explain why nobody would come forward. And this probably have already been said at page 127 or so, because I can clearly remember that argument being already discussed at least once, maybe twice.

That is absolutely brilliant Aeperviu-. I will leave out the S, becau-e you have difficulty putting them in your excu-e/cop out. Back on subject. You just cleverly maneuvered around HABEUS CORPUS. Which essential states that "no body then no crime". In the P-G case, you believe that you don't need a suit to justify the claim that the crime of a suit was committed, i.e. fraud. Do you have any condition precedent where a body/suit was not necessary to prove that a crime was committed? NO. But you are not going to let something like the LAW get in the way of your SMEAR CAMPAIGN, either. So you in effect, are VIOLATING THE LAW IN ORDER TO ENABLE YOU TO VIOLATE THE LAW, EVEN MORE. You are blowing off HABEUS CORPUS in order to enable you to join in the smear campaign/LIBEL against Patterson and Gimlin. Maybe they can give you a raise at whatever "living in denial" and/or disinformation/propaganda company that you work at, for your work here at JREF. Why don't you mention your work here to your boss, and see if he doesn't at least give you some "attaboys"?

Looks like they killed "The Invisible Bigfoot" thread, because of the fraud being perpetrated by the character assassin crowd over there. Not because they did not want to allow the fraud. But because they wanted the CHARACTER ASSASSINS to have the last word. I have a good rebuttal sitting in the "In Basket" over there, which exposes probably more fraud than JREF wants to have exposed. And they won't post it. Could it be that Chillzero got caught violating the law, in addition to violating the rules?

All the Bigfoot threads are comprised of character assassins playing mind games with pro-footers, by demanding that the impossible be proven, over the internet. It is impossible to prove anything over the internet, much less the existence of a supernatural 700 lb hairy creature, that primarily exists in the higher dimensions. By dog piling on the pro-footers with fabricated accusation after fabricated accusation, they normally wear them down until they leave. One clever game that I see played over and over again, is that the assassins will drop a strategy that they cannot provide anything close to proof. And then weeks later, they will clear state "that we already proved that". Misrepresentation is fraud. But that is their game and they are good at it.

I've taken the liberty of posting this in Forum Management, as that would be the appropriate setting for such a discussion. I assume, of course, you have proof that you'll gladly provide (in that thread) that supports these silly made-up ludicrous claims.

What does this have to do with the OP? Sounds to me like sour grapes, as you've been unable to provide anything to support your various claims. Due to your lack of proof, these claims can only be viewed as made-up, or otherwise false.

Shhhh.... don't tell histo, we're trying to flood the forum with misinformation. It now appears he's on a conspiracy jaunt anyway.

Plus, his "no body no crime" can easily be applied to squatch -- no body no bigfoot.

What goes around comes around. Some pro-footers bring up woefully outdated anecdotes to bolster their case (Jacko, Bauman story, etc.). Or present things that once were true but not longer are ($10,000 fine and 5 years behind bars, Skamania ordnance for killing a squatch). Or present things that have never been shown to be true (some apes are fluent in sign language, Patty was a real squatch, twisted trees, nests, and bellows in the night were all created by squatch, not to mention becoming invisible, traveling between dimensions, etc.). After 30+ years of following this mystery I'm getting tired of all the bullsquatch that gets spread around. Where's the beef?

Read my lips, Ray!

The BEEF is in virtually every forest on the North American Continent, and may well be in every forest on every continent. You just don't have the rocks to go out there at night, and do a little searching without a flashlight, without a gun and without your buddies to drown out the noises that they are going to make.

Thanks Locknar. With your post to management, you not only revealed exactly how deplorable and vicious you really are, but you gave me a 2nd opportunity to point out the game that chillzero was playing.

Rare but not unheard of.* Here is just a small sample of convictions obtained when no body was found.http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/179898_navyside29x.htmlYou lose!
No.* I still win.* Because the P-G film is not clear evidence of a suit.* It is clear evidence of a living creature that has also been corroborated all over the U.S. both by the Freeman footage and by anecdotal evidence by reputable persons, like police officers and armed forces personnel.* So in this particular case, there is no possible way that Habeus Corpus would not apply.* Consequently the character assassin crowd still has to produce a suit if they are going to continue to attempt to violate the libel laws in regard to Patterson and Gimlin.

So, nobody willing to take credit for Patty.

Is it libelous for Bob Gimlin to say that Bob Heironimus is a liar?

Ah yes, the same old tired "bigfoot is everywhere yet nowhere" mantra. I'll add that to my list of things that have never been shown to be true (bigfoot is everywhere yet nowhere, some apes are fluent in sign language, Patty was a real squatch, twisted trees, nests, and bellows in the night were all created by squatch, not to mention becoming invisible, traveling between dimensions, etc.). Thanks.

As you've no idea what I've done or haven't done, you shouldn't assume anything about me. Do you have some particular area in mind, or should I assume, like you, that bigfoot is everywhere?

Nice goalpost shift. You asked: "Do you have any condition precedent where a body/suit was not necessary to prove that a crime was committed?" and then you said "NO."

I provided evidence that the precedent had been set. Therefore, you lose.

BTW. You do know that habeus corpus is about a legal action taken so that a jailed/imprisoned person can seek relief from unlawful detention don't you?

To quote a well worn and time honored phrase: "I don't think that word means what you think it means."

OT Post, Read It Fast Before It Disappears

I read a thread at BFF. Dealing with the Myakka Ape. One of the posters investigated the matter. He found striking similarities between the Myakka creature and masks sold by a POTA club. The measurements were identical. The case was closed, briefly. Shortly after, this person was e-mailed by the creator of that mask saying it was not one of his creations. A strong denial, but maybe he keeps track of every single mask sold to fans. In fact, the BFF member 'debunked' every aspect of the Myakka thing. Interestingly, he even found a motive. There's a primate research/conservation center nearby, with residents at odds with the facility.

The relevance here is that not all hoaxers have the same motive/mentality.

Back to the topic, what was the suit that William Morris provided to Patterson made of? Concerning the fur, of course.
