Where Wizard puts a spell on us regarding UA93. Per Gravy's request.

Have at it, Wizard.

I didn't think it was foolish. To compare an aluminium plane with a bullet is foolish. There is no comparison.

An aluminum object traveling at 500 MPH is traveling the same speed as a lead object traveling at 500 MPH.. do you dispute that? Are you continuing to be that foolish?

i was just coming here to post that, lol

gravy was comparing the SPEED of the plane to the SPEED of a bullet, the size, weight and composition makes no difference to velocity

Oh, and passenger jets burying themselves...Valuejet. Sorry to post in the other thread.

What's a swamp have in it?

Soft ground.

What did the Shanksville crash site consist of?

Soft ground.

Ah HAH! A commonality...

This was the florida everglades. The plane essentially landed in water. The recovery teams had to build a dam to stop debris FLOATING away

Aircraft can crash and dig a hole. Most of the wreckage can be in the hole. Flight 93 is typical crash at high speed and a 40 to 90 degree impact in the ground. There was nothing strange about 93's impact.

Questions?

Care to address this, Wizard?

Yes. But there are other crash examples of buried jet with no swamps around. They've been posted for you by Savvy Skeptical Researchers. Check them out.

When do we get to the part, Wizard, where you explain to us all how the cuddly Feddies, with cooperation of the residents of Shanksville, transported and then planted jet parts and body parts throughout the area so we would all be "fooled" into thinking it was really Flight 93?

All of the people involved in accessory before the fact of mass murder: Got any names?

Indeed, they are travelling the same speed but their effect is very different.

I shot a bullet into the ground it was buried.

The plane went into the ground it was buried.

He is right they are different they both buried themselves in the ground, one in my backyard, one in PA.

Wow

When did I make any such claims? I said that a bullet was a bad analogy and it is?

Where did Gravy said they were the same? He was only talking about HOW FAST the plane impacted the ground.

All Gravy was attempting was a point of comparison based on very high speed. That's always difficult under the best of circumstances, but he came up with a valid analogy. I came up with one based on race cars. Others have interesting ideas in this area.

What's your point? Flight 93 did not crash in Shanksville because you don't like Gravy's speed analogy?

gravys comparison was about the speed

Yes but it is a very misleading analogy. Nobody has any feel for how fast a bullet goes anyway because you dont see them travel through the air.

Bullets generally penetrate things, planes generally dont
