The Admin-Tragedy "over there"...

Okay, I'm late to the show (again), so let me see if I can pick up the plot.

1.) There is a photograph of JohnDoeX, and a copy of that image is in the "hands" of a JREFer.

2.) That JREFer received that image from an LC member.

3.) If the picture was publicly circulated, JDX will get angry and sue the LC leaker.

4.) The LC leaker can be identified by something in the content of the image. (Perhaps the place it was taken or something.)

5.) The LC leaker wants to avoid legal hassles, and JREF folks want to protect him. So there's no public circulation.

Well, that's nice, but why is everyone so excited? :confused:

Is it because:
1.) It shows that JohnDoeX is a (random) teenager and thus too young to have the piloting experience he claims?

--or--

2.) It shows that JDX is a particular (non-random) CT demi-celebrity, whose reputation would be shot if his online persona was matched to his true identity?

I don't want to see the picture, since I probably wouldn't recognize the person anyway. But I would at least like to understand why this is garnering so much attention.

Getting rid of one of the best mods with nothing but a "don't f*ck with me" is really taking care of things.

I hate to say this, but things won't change until you learn to grow up.We were doing this for free, and you don't care because we "owe it to you", on top of that, you recruit an admin for no reason but to convert us all into buyers for a product. Well, just to let you know, that idea is probably not going to work so well now that its become known to the community what you were trying to do.

Let's just say, JohnDoeX has not been completely honest with his fellow netizens...
 
I think the fuss is out of curiosity. What could POSSIBLY be in this picture that would have JDX so up in arms that he would threaten legal action? Does it demonstrate that he could not possibly be a pilot? Could he be identified from it and thus be outed as a non-pilot? Does it show him in a compromising position with a sheep? Who knows?

ETA: I was just kidding about the sheep!

I don't necessarily need the JDX picture because I can remote view it. Yes I see... I see ... he's looks like 30 years old, brown hair, bad skin, overweight, red puffy face ... yes thats it.

Please PM me the picture for confirmation and ask for the details to give me the million dollars. thank you

It's always a surprise to see a picture of an Internet character. This one looks a bit like... nevermind, someone I met once who definitely cannot be JDX.
 
Okay, curiosity has officially gotten the best of me. Anyone who would care to PM "The Pic" will get 2 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies...
