I think whoever said JDX's scorched-earth strategy was a big effort to prevent his true identity from being revealed and ruining his carefully crafted con game was probably dead-on.

In the history of internet forums, everytime I see someone get caught in a massive con game (be it psychics, etc.) they always have a spectacular blow up and disappear to somehere else. Check out the threads on the GSIC chip in the challenge applications section. That guy went ballistic when the protocols were negotiated toward a dbt.
 
I asked earlier, but apperantly noone cared. So I'm trying again. Can somebody pm me the picture too? I need something to keep me from doing actual work, like preparing for my exam or finishing a lab raport thats overdue...

Yep, D'oh has been pretty careful about his identity. He even had Glen Stanish register the domain for his "Pilots" for "Trooof" site(Yeah, I looked it up - it was worth a shot :) )

Alright, I've held off long enough. Seeing as how I am, for the most part, out of dealing with JDX it can't color my (lack of) dealings with/about him. Someone hook me up. *grovel*
 
I've said it before and it still applies: the LC forum is Lord of the Flies.

BTW, about the JDX pic - some people have expressed surprise, but I'm not surprised a bit.
