What is happening is based on a flaw in the windows algorithm. I have demonstrated that. Nothing more, nothing less.

Did you try and ask the questions I posed.

There is no where to get to. It is a technological dead end. We understand what is happening and why.

1.) There is a flaw in the windows algorithm.
2.) Notepad swaps Chinese characters for the English ones we type in based on this flaw.
3.) You translate these Chinese characters back to English and force meaning where there is none.

Question: Logically it stands to reason that the paranormal computer can comprehend both English and Chinese. Why does it not respond in English?

I read the article. My response to it is that YOU are having problems with pattern recognition. You are seeing the sailboat when there isn't a Magic Eye picture. You are having a dysfunction of the part of your brain that lets you know when patterns are emerging. It is in this case making you think the Internet is talking to you in chinese. Maybe next week it will make you think there is a woman hiding in your wallpaper.

? Why do you think that there is something going on here?

I see no reason to assume that there is. Because I am a programmer and because I am capable of critical thinking and because I utilize parsimony in my problem solving (I'm a paid problem solver BTW) it is obvious to me that there is nothing going on here.

I can change my mind but you will have to provide empirical data.

Copernicus used empirical data, do you have any empirical data?

Well thank you. I honestly bear you no ill will. I do however wish you would utilize simple critical thinking to understand that there is nothing paranormal going on here. Nothing. You are data mining. You are relying on your interpretations of what you think random words mean. You are searching data sets to find correlations. What you are doing is not new. People have been doing it for centuries. It is will understood and thoroughly debunked.

Occam's razor says that when there are two explanations for an event we must accept the simpler of the two. There is a very simple explanation for this that doesn't require unexplained and mysterious (paranormal) events.
