I would say, judging by art's posting history, he is also of the mindset that racism is bad. It's bad no matter which way it goes, but it has heavily leaned one way for a few centuries or more. Pointing out the hypocrisy is part of the process.
There is also the fact that people pushing DEI policies are not intentionally trying to hurt anyone, or take opportunities away from white people. That's just some ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ that a bunch of white, whiny ass hats scream because they don't get a leg up based on nothing more than their skin color.
That being said, look at the vast majority of folk that are vehemently against DEI initiatives. Do you see a common pattern among them? Look at all of the other threads that tackle the subject matter of equal rights, whether it be LGBTQ+, racism, and the like, and you'll notice a trend. You'll see the same people in those threads screaming that any form of equality for others means less for them and, I assure you, they're all white people.
