Trump's Second Term

JD Vance
@JDVance
For years now, some hospitals and healthcare providers have been subjecting children to horrific, experimental treatments in service of radical gender ideologies. Today, thanks to the Wolves in White Coats report released by@HHSGov, we know why: profit. It turns out that convincing vulnerable children to reject their gender can create patients for life, earning hospitals tens of thousands of dollars in additional revenue per child.

The report contains deeply disturbing allegations, and I encourage every American and every parent, to read it. More than just pushing these procedures on kids, hospitals and providers may have been defrauding Medicaid and private insurers by using misleading or fraudulent billing codes to get insurance to cover the costs.

Money doesn’t lie!

The charity that supposedly fought the KKK actually funded the KKK.

The charity that supposedly fought Neo-Nazis actually funded Neo-Nazis.

Heidi Beirich supposedly dedicated her career to fighting neo-Nazis. The indictment alleges she helped FUND them.
Beirich allegedly oversaw more than $1.2 million in SPLC donor payments to a neo-Nazi informant she was romantically involved with, shared a home with, and held two joint bank accounts with. Approximately $140,000 of that donor money allegedly flowed into their joint accounts and was used to pay their personal living expenses.

The same informant broke into an extremist organization’s headquarters, stole 25 boxes of documents, transported them across state lines, copied them, and returned the originals. Beirich allegedly knew the documents were stolen, used them for an SPLC story to raise more money, and then paid another source approximately $6,000 to falsely take responsibility for the burglary.

The woman who supposedly fought hate allegedly helped pay the very people spreading it, used their activity to raise more donor money, and personally benefited from the scheme.

The Southern Poverty Law Center ran a methodical, calculated scheme to defraud their donor base for millions and used an illicit banking structure system to sow discord and hate into our society. This is the ultimate definition of hypocrisy.
Beirich has now been arrested and charged with wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering.
This FBI will follow the money, expose the fraud, and find every individual involved.

Yeah and they're as truthful as the allegation that your wife didn't need a hoover to conceive her last child, Couch Boy.

Why would anybody sane read a report full of regurgitations from Der Sturmer, anyway?

Regarding Katie Phang v Todd Blanche, brought by journalist Phang to force Todd Blanche to fulfill his obligations under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, there have been a couple of recent developments. Which is not to say there has been much progress.

On 5 August, US Attorney Jeanine Pirro requested a stay of filing deadlines. That request was granted by US District Judge Emmet Sullivan.

On 11 August, Katie Phang's attorney Brendan Ballou opposed that motion:
Defendant’s request lacks any legal basis, and it also has no basis in reality. The Court has
unequivocally ruled on the threshold issues identified by Defendant. In granting Plaintiff’s motion
for preliminary injunction, the Court held—after extensive analysis—that it likely has jurisdiction
over Plaintiff’s claims and Plaintiff likely has Article III standing. [....] The only
preliminary issues that have yet to be resolved relate to Defendant’s failure to comply with the
Court’s preliminary injunction order. [....] The Attorney General is obviously trying to
delay this case, and this Court should not condone his tactics.

As noted in that filing, the judge granted Phang's Motion for Preliminary Injunction on 25 June. In that Memorandum Opinion, the judge noted that "The Attorney General [did] not respond substantively to any of" Phang's arguments, and further noted that, as a matter of settled law, that failure to respond allows the court to "treat the unaddressed arguments as conceded". The judge's opinion therefore went on to say, twice: "The Attorney General has conceded that he is in violation of the Act."

Some observers took that to mean the case was all over but the shouting. The shouting took place yesterday, at a status hearing. Judge Sullivan "warned Attorney General Todd Blanche that Justice Department lawyers could face contempt of court for defying orders to release Epstein files." Under the judge's pointed questioning, DOJ attorney Andrew Block was reported to have been "visibly flustered."

When Block said some of the FBI's handwritten notes were not released because they were duplicative, the judge asked how the court could know that. Block said he "didn't have much insight", but could "take it back to DOJ. If you have an order...", at which point Judge Sullivan said he had already given that order.

The judge asked when DOJ would get around to releasing a log explaining its redactions, as required by the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Block said he was not in position to give a date. To which Judge Sullivan replied by saying "But you knew this was going to be discussed today, and no one at DOJ is in a position to give this court a date? Just get someone on the phone who can give me a date. Otherwise the court will be forced to impose a date." When Block asked for a clearer order, the judge said he'd already done that. "Do you want me to issue another order saying I really mean it this time?"

Judge Sullivan reminded Block of a previous case in which Sullivan had held DOJ lawyers in civil contempt because they failed to deliver documents demanded by the court. "That's not a threat. That's a promise."

Further stunning revelations may include the CIA having a paid informant in the Kremlin and thus might be described as funding the Russian regime. By idiots. Ditto China and everywhere else anyone has a paid informant.

Trump orders Pentagon to redesign US aircraft carrier to use steam catapults to launch jets

Trump signed a national security memorandum on Thursday directing the defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, and the acting navy secretary, Hung Cao, to make the change he has had his heart set on since at least 2017, when he first described his idea to Time magazine.

The memorandum gives the Pentagon leaders 60 days to come up with “a plan on the required measures to replace the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System and Advanced Weapons Elevators with steam and hydraulic systems for the construction of” the USS Doris Miller, a Ford-class aircraft carrier, which is already two years behind schedule.

“So I said, ‘What is this?’ ‘Sir, this is our digital catapult system, It sounded bad to me. Digital. They have digital. What is digital? And it’s very complicated, you have to be Albert Einstein to figure it out. And I said – and now they want to buy more aircraft carriers – I said, ‘What system are you going to be’– ‘Sir, we’re staying with digital.’ I said, ‘No you’re not. You’re going to goddamned steam, the digital costs hundreds of millions of dollars more money and it’s no good’.”

That's interesting. I never knew the US tried it. I remember the UK trial at the end of the '60s when I first started school. Walking to school in the dark was weird. At least back then nobody drove their kids to our school so the roads were pretty safe.
We had a problem with everybody moving to my Helsinki suburb in the late 50s and then a lot of small kids all going to school the same year. Early 60s. They solved it by having two shifts, extra teachers, for a year. There was only one grade school, now there are two. So we had to do 6am to noon one semester, noon to 6pm the next semester. And the other shift the same. So there were kids in my school I never met till the third year. They put up two barracks in the playground for extra classrooms.

It being dark when you go home is routine for kids in December.

Cannons next. Simple and cheap.

Could be worse, he could have been chasing the ACME Giant Elastic Band Manufacture's Peace Prize.

Just like the poor guys from the various provinces of Ghastlistan who are enlisting in the Russian army …
Russia has a bit more of a... proactive approach to recruitment, though

Meanwhile, in China:

All well and good, until it rains. “Everybody knows” magnets can’t work if they get wet!

“All I know about magnets is this: give me a glass of water, let me drop it on the magnets, that's the end of the magnets.” - President Donald J. Trump.

The "very stable genius" has been saying that sort of thing for a long time.

5 January 2024: All I know about magnets is this, give me a glass of water, let me drop it on the magnets, that’s the end of the magnets

13 February 2025: It’s a new theory. Magnets are going to lift the planes up, and it doesn’t work.

11 October 2025: well nobody knows what magnets are and not overly sophisticated but to build a magnet system would take two years

29 October 2025: you take a little glass of water, you drop it on magnets, I don’t know what’s going to happen...You take water, you drop it on magnets — that’s the end of the magnets...Steam is strong. Steam doesn’t fail. Magnets fail.

(He said those things while speaking to sailors aboard USS George Washington, an aircraft carrier. Following his speech, Navy sources said the crew was “perplexed but professional,” even though most had “never seen a sitting president argue with magnets.”)

10 November 2025: Now, nobody knows what magnets are and not overly sophisticated but to build a magnet system would take two years.

So that's why he's so against electromagnetic catapults. A misunderstanding he's had for years.

But he's perfectly capable and doesn't need the 25th invoked.
