Trump's Second Term

I think it will when it starts to threaten their electability - it's already taking shape with some candidates.
But is it really threatening their electability? A few may lose their seats in supposedly safe areas but by 2028 0r 2030 most of those seats will probably be back in Republican hands and we've seen how they respond to electoral defeat, more gerrymandering and trying to suppress Democratic votes. The Republicans have become a party of spite and vengeance. Doesn't matter that Trump is corrupt and patently unfit for office, if the Democrats go after him the Republicans will retaliate against the next Democratic president. Again Trump is a symptom of a broken party and system, not the cause.

So much winning!
Question: "What do you say to those who are struggling to afford gas, groceries, diesel?"

Tr*mp: You're losers. It's the greatest. If you're struggling in this economy, you're a loser.
If it's fake, ask AI. AI knows AI
The clip and quote circulating from the Threads post are fake and manipulated.
Fact-checks have confirmed that Donald Trump did not say "You're losers... If you're struggling in this economy, you're a loser" in response to a reporter's question about the rising costs of gas, diesel, and groceries.

.
@POTUS: They've tried to smear us, slander us, persecute us, demoralize us. They've attacked me, they've impeached me, they've arrested me, and they even tried to kill me — but with you at my side, we have always PREVAILED.

Now, we're on the cusp of beating the communists, socialists, radicalized lunatics, and villains once and for all. We did not come all this way and defeat all those dangers only to watch our country be taken over by SICK people who HATE America.

The video in that link cuts off before it says what is quoted in text.

You already have the death penalty for that, remember? In fact you have the death penalty for being suspected of that. You must have. Otherwise it would be plain old murder every time you ordered a speedboat blown up and for any survivors to be killed in the water. Just like the bad guys do in movies, to establish that they are really evil.

I wonder if he ever tried to recruit Max Zorin to project-manage one of his real estate schemes?

The Kennedy Center is crumbling, and a great danger to anyone who walks inside. It’s been this way for years, and will only get worse unless the Radical Left Judge, with his Trump Hating lawyer wife, allows me to do what must be done! President DONALD J. TRUMP

The Polls have ALWAYS underestimated MAGA.
They try to suppress the Vote, but I won all 7 Swing States, the Popular Vote, 86% of Counties, and 99% of Primaries this year.
I AM ON THE BALLOT!
President DONALD J. TRUMP

From Dick Morris: “Since November of 2025 in monthly polls by McLaughlin, your job approval rating has always been between 47 and 50 percent.
I have never seen anything like that in fifty years of polling. Almost every politician sees his numbers rise and fall each month but not you. You won the election in 2024 with 49.8 percent of the popular vote and the latest McLaughlin Poll, taken this month, has your job approval at 49% - the exact same as your vote share.
No other political figure has ever had this level of consistency in his ratings. Through the Iran War and gas price rises and falls, your job approval is the same. It never changes. And 49% is enough to win - look at how that level of vote won in 2024!
In the same Mclaughlin Poll, the generic ballot is 50-48 Democrat. That is also enough to keep the House Republican. Past history indicates that anything less than a four point margin for Democrats likely points to a Republican House victory. And almost all polls are showing Republican gains in the generic ballot.”
