The problem will be that he won't have any clear memories of all the times he committed misconduct in a public office, because he would have had no concerns about how good or bad his conduct was at all. It wouldn't register in his mind when he was breaking other-people rules.

Also, as the Graun points out in some of it's reporting, Andrew is a commoner these days, what with having been de-princed and de-duked, so presumably his supposed immunity no longer exists?

He wasn't actually de-duked, he 'agreed' not to use the title, & whatever he's called he's still 7th in line to the throne.

It makes me laugh when the Royal ladies brag about having one O-level (Camilla) or even six (Fergie) or they take degrees in 'History of Art' and work in galleries. No getting their hands down and dirty. No siree.

It's at times like this that I wonder, with so many legitimate reasons to hate a guy, why make stuff up? In fact, Andrew has done quite a lot of professional training, and gained quite a few professional qualifications. Which you probably could have guessed, if you'd stopped for a second to remember who you're talking about.
