Did Epstein run a World Satanic Ring?

Epstein is probably responsible for the current Tech Bro obsession with living forever.
Who controls the British crown?
Who keeps the metric system down?
Epstein! Epstein!

Who keeps Atlantis off the maps?
Who keeps the Martians under wraps?
Epstein! Epstein!

Who holds back the electric car?
Who makes Steve Guttenberg a star?
Epstein! Epstein!

Who robs cave-fish of their sight?
Who rigs every Oscar night?
Epstein! Epstein!

Come on, Epstein! Leave some crumbs for Soros.

Heh, did you miss the memo that Trump was the FBI informer who grassed on Epstein?

i actually think this is the most likely explanation for trump’s involvement with epstein. d-lister at the time trump got caught in the early 2000s for some money laundering and starting talking about this sex ring this ran by this much bigger fish he knew an awful lot about

Memo? You mean bizarre statement by Mike Johnson that was almost immediately retracted, and didn't make any sense? Even if Trump had informed, it was almost certainly in revenge (as most of Trump's actions seem to be) for some perceived slight, rather than as a publicly spirited citizen; they'd previously been friends for years.

So 1,145 posts in is there an evidence of this Satanic Ring yet?
I was wondering how this even got started, so I checked back on post #1. Seems our silver bullet, in big bold letters, was the observation that at Eppy's Zorro Ranch, there was a life sized crucifix in one bedroom hanging on one wall. Now me, being the simple sort, would assume that it was a decoration, either an antique reclaimed and repurposed, or possibly some kind of dramatic faux artistic representation for pizzazz purposes. But apparently it means that it was a Satanic Cult? This is why I need all the big brains to explain stuff to me.

I think the best way to explain how all this started (well, other than through interpretive dance) is-:

Well, to be fair to the original question, I don't think Epstein's motivation or impetus had anything to do with Satan, and I think it's a diversion and disavowal of the deep and disturbing depravity that went on to deflect any blame to an external influence, but I wouldn't be surprised if he dabbled with Satanic baloney, or if he threw in some Satanic stuff for the benefit of those who seem to have thrived on the thrill of being as creepy and transgressive as possible.

I think it's unreasonable and a moral copout to attribute any of Epstein's doings to Satanic influence or belief, but finding a bunch of Satanic crap in his props, comeons and attractions doesn't seem surprising, given the level of moral character of him and his cronies.

Yes, but was anything actually Satanic rather than just 'Rich Wanker's interior and garden designers buy weird ◊◊◊◊ for them' stuff? Any 'Hail Satan's in the Epstein Files correspondence? Any suggestion that anyone going to the island was expecting a sacreligious orgy rather than a regular orgy? Basically, any evidence that this is anything but a fantasy overlaid on Epstein's crimes and tastelessness?

I'm leaning towards exploring that interpretive dance explanation...

I will say this- that island decor was creepy, and fairly inexplicable from any usage standpoint. Like, in the middle of nowhere all by itself, a set of stairs leading up to a huge statuary of.. a monkey? It is easy to let your imagination run wild, concocting all kinds of zany rites and rituals going on there. But I personally find the actual facts of the case plenty disturbing enough to keep me up at night.

Yeah but all that's completely explainable by the fact that rich people employ a certain type of home and garden designer. They aren't like the people you might employ to do your garden who'll talk about what you can do with your budget, what's practical, how your family will use the space, how to make the best of the limited space you have etc etc, this is a vanity job drawn from the ranks of the wives/children of other very rich people ('party planner' is also very popular) for people with more space and money than they need and for whom the 'exclusivity' and profile of the designer is more important than the end result. Look at the living room that Boris Johnson had redecorated in the 11 Downing Street by Lulu Lyttle (the name's a give away). Admittedly, that was less 'antichamber to Hell' and more '1970's waiting area for take away customers at an Indian restaurant' although I don't know if she supplied Bombay Mix for her undoubtedly ridiculous fee.

No, I don't think there's any evidence that it's anything but tasteless juvenile junk, something to spruce up the pulp fiction fantasies of the punters, novelty for the easily bored, paintings on the whorehouse walls. Whether or not any of the people going to the island were hoping for sacrilegious thrills (note by the way that whether it makes sense or not, that word has the "e" and "i" reversed from "religious"), who knows what kind of transgressive arrested-adolescent naughtiness turned them on, enhanced their experience or perhaps somehow insulated it from reality? I'm probably being unduly generous to the original post here, but it theoretically at least asks the question, citing evidence of some satanic paraphernalia found, and one can, I think, answer the question without utterly disparaging the asking of it, with a "nope." No more than you'd expect from the worst of the worst catering to the worst of the rest.

Oh, agreed. I'm saying that I can sympathize with thinking something super weird was going on, but it should not gain the traction that our intrepid OP finds in it.

I'd also propose a running count of unanswered questions presented to our OP. I can only hold my breath for so long.

Yeah, I wrote 'religious' at first then changed it incompletely, I blame the fact that Thursday is my wife's day off so Wednesday's a sort of Friday for us. But I still dispute that anything actually 'Satanic' was found. I mean, a sundial ffs.. This is "I used to be a Satanist because I played D&D at my cousin's house once" level ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊.

Yes, but it's almost 1200 posts worth of attention.
