Bovino: "How does that governor know what the criminal record is of that individual hanging Christmas lights? Oftentimes these so-called 'hard workers' have significant criminal histories such as child rape. Does Gov. Stein want those individuals in his house next to his family?"
Not a concern, the American Taliban functioning exactly as it was designed.Based on other news stories, I think a bigger concern is child predators in the House. And the Senate. And the Presidency.

Not anymore.
The decision comes after the Department of Homeland Security released a list last week identifying 610 people still in custody after arrests by ICE agents in the Chicago area between June and Oct. 7.
The list was required by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings, who ordered the release of everyone on it on a $1,500 bond unless they were deemed a public safety risk by ICE or if they had a prior removal order.
Homeland Security attempted to block or delay the releases while the federal government appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Cummings denied the request, stating in his late Tuesday order that ICE didn’t show irreparable harm nor that it could win on appeal. The judge also wrote that the plaintiffs faced concrete harm if the releases were delayed.
The predictive intelligence program has resulted in people being stopped, searched and in some cases arrested. A network of cameras scans and records vehicle license plate information, and an algorithm flags vehicles deemed suspicious based on where they came from, where they were going and which route they took. Federal agents in turn may then flag local law enforcement.
Suddenly, drivers find themselves pulled over — often for reasons cited such as speeding, failure to signal, the wrong window tint or even a dangling air freshener blocking the view. They are then aggressively questioned and searched, with no inkling that the roads they drove put them on law enforcement’s radar.
Once limited to policing the nation’s boundaries, the Border Patrol has built a surveillance system stretching into the country’s interior that can monitor ordinary Americans’ daily actions and connections for anomalies instead of simply targeting wanted suspects. Started about a decade ago to fight illegal border-related activities and the trafficking of both drugs and people, it has expanded over the past five years.
To black Americans, this isn't anything new.

Feds are taking the case? Slap on the wrist, back to work in 2-3 months max.I didn't watch this video when it came up, I just kind of glanced over it, but this is actually someone I grew up with. His name is Alex Back. His parents and my parents were absolute best friends. His father divorced his mother to marry someone 25 years younger than him so it apparently runs in the family.
Our family (sans my brother) had a big falling out with theirs about 8 months ago. I removed him from my Facebook after the Charlie Kirk thing. As I'm sure you won't be surprised to hear he is a HUGE right-wing guy. When he said he's "ICE", he's an auditor lol. He looks over I-9 forms for ICE hires and ◊◊◊◊ like that.
That all being said, the details around this case are actually kind of crazy. What he did was he placed a call or text to a number on a website that someone out of country answers. He then put in an "order" of what he was looking for and the person on the phone would contact someone in the US to facilitate the arrangement. It's a pretty sophisticated process.
Ironically, he just got married in May (which is what caused the falling out, none of us went aside from my right-wing dumb ◊◊◊◊ of a brother) and he has a previous charge for prostitution already. The Schadenfreude is magic. I just realized all of this last night when my mother called me and pointed it out. To make it funnier, he drove his wife's car to meet up with the underage girl.
