In May of this year, the USDA was stopping some cattle movement into the US because of concerns about screwworms coming back after an expensive and successful eradication program many decades ago. I'm not sure if those restrictions have been lifted. Either way not a war on cattle and not Biden.Did Biden build a wall to stop them getting in or something?
