Wait. This guy is talking about $10/lb for ground beef. How much are people paying now? Over here that's the sort of price you'd only pay for premium organic minced beef. The normal stuff is more like $6/lb equivalent and the cheaper stuff about $4.

When I hear the high price of beef in the US has got political I just sort of assumed it would be significantly cheaper than here but the cost was more than folk were used to paying.

Where I shop, 95% lean ground beef is $6.99/lb., 80% lean is $4.99/lb. That's the regular stuff. Premium (combo ground round and brisket) is already up to $10.99.

Trump is, after all, a career criminal. That he surrounds himself with others of his ilk should come as no surprise to anyone.

One thing to note is the guy they quoted is CEO of Omaha Steaks. Omaha Steaks specializes in mail order high end beef. Possibly a little biased.
