No lawsuit as far as I am aware of but that doesn't mean he won't try to sue them. I'm sure big, strong men come up to him with tears in their eyes begging him to sue them. Bigly.

A quick look at Wikipedia finds in its opening paragraph an anti-immigration non-profit claimed to estimate as many as 18.6 million illegal immigrants in the US in March this year. They can probably be expected to be pitching the number on the high side.

So is Vance claiming Trump let well over 11 million people illegally enter the US in the last 8 months? If they keep that up, the numbers will double in Trump's first year.
