She was told that if she pled not guilty and went to trial and was found guilty, she would likely get at least 2 years, but if she pled guilty, the court would be lenient.
She pled guilty and got 2.5 years!! Would you consider her legal advice sound?

Meanwhile, a left wing politician (Ricky Jones) at a protest, using a megaphone publicly called for people's throats to be cut... apparently this was not inviting violence in any way, so he was found not guilty.

But the shooter's journey suggests that his generation has already moved on from the Idea of a left/right paradigm and culture war, punishing people primarily for being phonies and hypocrites regardless of ideology.

Never been a fan of the phrase, largely because it pretends that as soon as you hit 30 you'll become one of the 1% the right cares about.

To be fair being pro-choice isn't really a left wing position, more of an "I have a morality" position.
 
These two Adam Mockler videos are pretty good. Mockler may look like a 12-year-old and is pretty young - actually the same age as Tyler Robinson - but he usually makes a lot of sense. And his age probably makes him more insightful when it comes to the use of memes in that age group than most old people.

So Robinson's motive appears to be that he hated the hate speech of Charlie Kirk - maybe because he himself was in love with a transitioning person. I can think of an awful lot of reasons to make anyone hate Kirk, but Robinson doesn't seem to have been particularly political even though he grew up in a MAGA family, but it isn't exactly unusual for people growing up to discover that their parents and family are idiots. I had the same experience.
I still don't see anything to explain why Robinson decided that shooting Kirk was better than e.g. criticizing or even debating him. The evidence so far and comments from his friends don't seem to give us any real insight into this.

Why on earth would Lennon (John, I assume) say anything like that?
The saying is much older, falsely attributed to Churchill, and goes like this:
"If you’re not a liberal when you’re 25, you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative by the time you’re 35, you have no brain."
The originator must have been somebody who had neither heart nor brain. I know nothing else about whoever it may have been.

That's according to her and her right wing promoters as the new Joan of Arc.

He put in a not guilty plea and went to trial, the jury found him not guilty.

You seem to be swallowing Farage' propaganda.

If Robinson was involuntarily celibate, it would have been because he wanted to have sex with his roommate, but the roommate didn't want to have sex with him. I haven't seen anything indicating that their relationship was 'consumated' or that it wasn't.
The groyper angle also appears to be off the table. He may have used memes used by groupers but also used by other kids online.

It's peculiar that Robinson doesn't appear to have been politically radicalized in one way or the other, based on the evidence presented so far.
However, he also appears to have been very good at hiding his feelings and personal thoughts from everybody else - probably something he learned from having LGBTQ+ leanings while growing up in a Mormon MAGA family.
