A good reason to deport citizens. That will cut down crime much faster.Do they commit crime??? Yes.
Crimes that would NOT have been commited if they were not here.
Duhhhh...

Yet you repeat all the talking pointsThat is a lie, I have never mentioned that theory, I dont subscribe to it.
Natural born citizens commit crimes at a far higher rate. We should deport them.Illegal aliens contribute to crime in the USA, which is another reason why they should not be here.
Unless the majority of those victims were also illegal immigrants. Considering how most murders are heat of the moment situations where the killer has a pre-existing relationship with the victim, that is likely. If there are 20 million illegals in the USA and they have committed say 1,000 murders in the last 20 years, that's 1,000 people that would still be alive in the USA if they had instead been deported.
If only we had some way of dealing with violent criminals. Some sort of system for apprehending suspected criminals, determining guilt or innocence, and then removing those found guilty away for an appropriate length of time.Any contribution to crime in the USA is a bad contribution.
Citizens have a right to be here, they are not an immigration issue. But hey they contribute to crime less than citizens so clearly we need to go after citizens first. They are much more likely to be criminals after all.
Pathetic, desperate, ignorant strawman.A good reason to deport citizens. That will cut down crime much faster.
But this is about fighting crime I thought, now suddenly it isn't. Look we should ban all immigration as any group will commit some crimes and as such should not be allowed in the US. Collective punishment is the rule you love so why limit it to only some immigrants?Citizens have a right to be here, they are not an immigration issue.
We do, but unfortunately after 2020 many criminal laws in Blue states were relaxed and bail laws eased so that more criminals could be on the streets without bail....If only we had some way of dealing with violent criminals. Some sort of system for apprehending suspected criminals, determining guilt or innocence, and then removing those found guilty away for an appropriate length of time.
Oh look, another desperate dishonest strawman. But this is about fighting crime I thought, now suddenly it isn't. Look we should ban all immigration as any group will commit some crimes and as such should not be allowed in the US. Collective punishment is the rule you love so why limit it to only some immigrants?
I see you like a multi-tiered justice system where money the perpetrator has plays a big roll in how they are treated at every level. You clearly like it when people suspected of stealing a backpack are held in solitary for 3 years because they can't afford bail.We do, but unfortunately after 2020 many criminal laws in Blue states were relaxed and bail laws eased so that more criminals could be on the streets without bail.
So who gets collectively punished, clearly undocumented immigrants do, but why only them?Oh look, another desperate dishonest strawman.
So your point is that they are humans? You're white redneck neighbor is more likely to commit a serious crime than an illegal alien picking oranges or hanging sheetrock. Should we kick Bubba out?Do they commit crime??? Yes.
Crimes that would NOT have been commited if they were not here.
Duhhhh...
Maybe there's no point discussing this with you any more if you're just gonna level stupid accusations, rather than have a serious debate.I see you like a multi-tiered justice system where money the perpetrator has plays a big roll in how they are treated at every level. You clearly like it when people suspected of stealing a backpack are held in solitary for 3 years because they can't afford bail.
Nobody here believes in collective punishment. So who gets collectively punished, clearly undocumented immigrants do, but why only them?
Cant deport US citizens. Nor should we ever unless I guess convicted of treason. So your point is that they are humans? You're white redneck neighbor is more likely to commit a serious crime than an illegal alien picking oranges or hanging sheetrock. Should we kick Bubba out?
You brought up bail, a system designed to advantage the wealthy over the poor, and endorsed it. So why are you backing away from the direct implication of how you want the system to work?Maybe there's no point discussing this with you any more if you're just gonna level stupid accusations, rather than have a serious debate.
Nonsense. You brought up bail, a system designed to advantage the wealthy over the poor, and endorsed it....
Yet you are advocating treating all immigrants based on the behavior of a few, how is that not collective punishment?Nobody here believes in collective punishment.
You're lying again about my comments.Yet you are advocating treating all immigrants based on the behavior of a few, how is that not collective punishment?
Yes, petty non-violent misdemeanors. You were referring to murder, not quality of life stuff nonsense. We do, but unfortunately after 2020 many criminal laws in Blue states were relaxed and bail laws eased so that more criminals could be on the streets without bail.
So it isn't an issue that the wealthy can afford bail and the poor can not in your mind and there is nothing different between being in jail and being free.Nonsense.
Wrong.Yes, petty non-violent misdemeanors. You were referring to murder, not quality of life stuff nonsense.
