Unless the majority of those victims were also illegal immigrants. Considering how most murders are heat of the moment situations where the killer has a pre-existing relationship with the victim, that is likely.

If only we had some way of dealing with violent criminals. Some sort of system for apprehending suspected criminals, determining guilt or innocence, and then removing those found guilty away for an appropriate length of time.

But this is about fighting crime I thought, now suddenly it isn't. Look we should ban all immigration as any group will commit some crimes and as such should not be allowed in the US. Collective punishment is the rule you love so why limit it to only some immigrants?

We do, but unfortunately after 2020 many criminal laws in Blue states were relaxed and bail laws eased so that more criminals could be on the streets without bail.

I see you like a multi-tiered justice system where money the perpetrator has plays a big roll in how they are treated at every level. You clearly like it when people suspected of stealing a backpack are held in solitary for 3 years because they can't afford bail.

You brought up bail, a system designed to advantage the wealthy over the poor, and endorsed it. So why are you backing away from the direct implication of how you want the system to work?
