Actually if you read the article, that's not quite accurate.

Many/most of Trump's tariffs were found to be illegal. (For example, the tariffs announced on Trump's "liberation day". These are the ones announced under the 1977 statute.

Some of his other tariffs (such as steel and aluminum from Canada/Mexico) will be allowed to stand, because they were brought in using a different law.

I suspect that the tests aren't quite as rigorous as the rigorous judging exams, and don't involve as much Latin. Actually, I suspect that they're more like the coal mining exams, with a similar pass mark.

I think that's the only way to qualify for ICE, well that and trying to chew the table leg off at interview.
 
Every day I read this thread and look at other reports of the insanity of Trump’s presidency, I breathe a sigh of relief that a Trump lookalike will never lead Australia. The recent election featured Peter Dutton (aka “Temu Trump”) going to the polls with a bunch of Trumpian policies. For those who haven’t followed the poll, Dutton’s party suffered a record loss and the are unlikely to come back ever again.
