Because not all well-informed people see it the way we do. Look at how many well-informed people are voting for Trump because they LIKE what Trump promises them.
 
Always follow the bookies, not opinion polls. Trump was already a strong favourite with bookies, watch the odds shorten now.

That wasn't my point and I didn't say they were undecided. I said "Trump supporters". My point was that not all well-informed voters see things the way we do.
To me, Trump embodies the worst of human nature and the worst in politics. I see him as a profound danger to this country. But, I'm financially secure and don't struggle to pay my bills or put food on the table. However, when someone is struggling to make ends meet due to inflation the promises of Trump are appealing. This can create conflict for them.

Person encourages violence against opponents and their supporters for years, demeans and dehumanizes and disregards others for years, threatens retribution against others for years, keeps it dialed up to 11 for years, all while followers by the thousands threaten, dehumanize, dress up in combat garb prepping for so-called civil war, break into homes and take hammers to heads of political opponents, storm government buildings, shoot up FBI offices and pizza restaurants for years.

All wrong and bad. It would similarly be wrong and bad if anyone or any group were to act in kind.

I expect it’ll be a long wait for all groups and individuals to proclaim in no uncertain terms that maybe everyone shouldn’t act so provocatively to begin with and should take everything down a notch.

Concentrating on this, I have to insist that any voter who is informed at all would recognize that Donald Trump has no agenda whatever to assist those who struggle economically. He has no coherent strategy at all save to enrich himself and perhaps other plutocrats tangentally.

what a total **** show

so does trump use this to whip his supporters into a frenzy or, well it probably doesn’t matter what the alternative to that is since we know what he’s going to do with this. one of those times i would love to be wrong.
