An illegal alien of Colombian nationality was arrested for the assault and battery and rape of a minor child.

He was released back into the public by the Essex County Sheriff's Department despite ICE issuing a detainer. ICE later arrested him along with other child rapists and a member of the violent MS-13 gang. Sounds like the sheriff believes the child rapist is a victim of "over incarceration."

Child rape is a small price to pay to allow millions of potential future Democrat voters into the country.
