Alien Visitation Contact Proof

Lol. I had thought of that but just wasn't going there.
Some of the UFO event claims made popular by woo tv come with folks that were compelled to do some rather strange things afterwards. A few went off the deep end entirely.

One thing they all share is verified facts don't back up the claims. That is what convinced me to only look for something solid. Thirty year of waiting for these fools on tv to finally get to a irrefutable fact and all the ever say is " we need to investigate this" again.
Mundane events to utter fantasy cover it well however.

Yeah. As I have said on other forums when debating with and against UFO nutjobs, if you see.....

I am not in the habit of drawing conclusions from insufficient evidence.

I saw a light. That's all. A light is not sufficient evidence to draw the conclusion that an alien flew a spacecraft for hundreds if not thousands of years in order to shine it in your front yard.

One thing that I have learned in over fifteen years of posting here, by the way, is that I am not as smart as a lot of the people here. Not by a long shot.

Anyone able to step outside their comfort zone is smarter than most people here,

You saw a light that can't be explained by electric, brown outs or magic flying bulbs, right

If you accept that it's unexplainable

I just have to sit back and wait for someone else to bring in more evidence while skeptics hang on to their loony alternative views

I've done my research into them all and I've spoken with nick pope, nick started out a skeptic ridiculing the likes of me until he realized the over wealming evidence for alien contact...

I am 52 years old and I've been sitting back and waiting for more evidence all my life. It never comes.

On the contrary, I believe that the universe is probably teeming with life. Life appeared on this planet pretty much as soon as conditions permitted it, and very quickly expanded to fill every conceivable ecological niche and quite a few inconceivable ones, and I don't see any reason why that couldn't happen on another planet.

What I dispute is that there are technological alien civilisations actually visiting us. First, there is absolutely no evidence of it, blurry photos and vague nonspecific lights notwithstanding. Second, the speed of light isn't just a good idea, it's a fundamental property of the universe and can't be bypassed - if it can, then by necessity everything we know about light and how it works is wrong. And what we know about light and how it works agrees very strongly with what we can measure and quantify. We know we're not wrong.

The nearest star, Proxima Centauri, is approximately four light years away. That means that even light would take four years to get from there to here. Anything that has mass must travel slower than light. Anything that has enough mass to carry a power source, an ion drive, and living crew must take hundreds or thousands of years to traverse that distance.

No. Though I do not know what caused your strange light and probably never will, I am very confident that it was not a technological alien spacecraft visiting us from another planet.

You say you value logic. Can you explain how it is logical to jump from "unknown" to "known to be aliens"?

What have humans accomplished in 2,000 years... what will we in 1 million?

Even as an opinion, that's a ridiculous thing to say. Sky diving into an erupting volcano is out of most people's comfort zone, but any who did such a thing wouldn't post an IQ in triple digits.

Gloating over your own inability to think critically is no reason to disparage others that can.

You make a lot of sense if the aliens were not already here..
But they are so they didn't go out their way,

You are the one who claimed this was an alien spacecraft (“aliens”, “UFO”, “not of this Earth”, “ion drive”, etc.). I’m merely exploring the inevitable consequence of your claim, and pointing out that your own observations refute it.

you clearly think every ufo video out there is fake despite there being thousands of videos, nobody uses logic here, it's very sad

Nope. I neither said nor implied anything of the sort. Just because you didn’t think through what a good-sized vehicle hovering over a city near ground level on a dense column of hypersonic ions would be like, don’t think you can pull that sort of silly and obvious ad hominem diversion to hide your mistake.

I am 52 years old and I've been sitting back and waiting for more evidence all my life. It never comes.

You have been given evidence, UAPs, gimbals, and tic tacks the reason why they are blury is simple it's in infrared, the person who managed to get them declassified swears down dead they have very clear very up close footage but it's classified

In the last 10 years so much has been released, you might not be interested until there's an alien themselves confirming this and even then it will be fake, right?

There is mounting evidence by the day, time is on my side of the argument here not yours, we went from project bluebook and ridiculing people to the 90s where European governments come forward including Britain with unexplained footage

Now we have the US government showing aircraft flying off at speeds we are not capable of, it shows them going underwater

In 1980 all we had was grainy footage and the word of a crackpot, now things are changing at a rapid rate..

Your skeptical days are numbered that I am 100% certain of

Facts

An ion drive to lift that craft is not possible by us, we can only make drones lightweight stuff we need a power source plugged into the wall batteries are not good enough

Fact an ion propulsion drive produces wind when high voltage is produced an ionic wind

Fact an ion propulsion drive would induce current into anything that's metal and conduction esp copper and iron

Fact the relay that keeps the power lines operated around here will shut down if voltage fluctuations are detected or over current whatever I know this as my power company told me there are relays protecting the lines... but that's all I know

Fact an ion device large enough would cause what we see happen, that light is scattered until the moment it hits my bedroom window floor causing that shadow, you see it travel 60 meters and you see the block in front go off in power before my own block does

It then makes a noise only the camera detected

Too much weirdness for it to be an electrical issue, turn up the volume if you haven't heard that sound

For some reason this quote from the great philosopher Tim Minchin comes to mind:

"You're so sure of your position but you're just closed-minded
I think you'll find that your faith in science and
Tests is just as blind as the faith of any fundamentalist"

"Wow that's a good point, let me think for a bit.
Oh wait, my mistake, that's absolute ********.
Science adjusts it's views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved.
If you show me that, say, homeopathy works, then I will change my mind
I'll spin on a ******* dime
I'll be embarrassed as hell,
But I will run through the streets yelling
'It's a miracle! Take physics and bin it!
Water has memory!
And while it's memory of a long
Lost drop of onion juice seems Infinite
It somehow forgets all the poo it's had in it!'

You show me that it works and how it works
And when I've recovered from the shock
I will take a compass and carve 'Fancy That' on the side of my cock."

Okay, you need stop.

1. If it is an alien craft, you have no idea what kind of physics and engineering propels it, nor how any of their tech works. So you can drop the ion-propulsion (and NASA has already used it).

2. Nothing in your videos shows alien technology, nor anything that doesn't have an earthly explanation.

3. Why would an alien ship cross a vast distance to an unknown world just to buzz your home in Adelaide? Of all the places on earth, why there?

4. These are the only UFO reports from your location I can find. Any of them match?

Because I've told people several times how the neighbour next door said it was silent af outside ... she was awake I was asleep

Doesn’t answer the question. You claimed that “the sound you hear is directly from the light source”, but then admitted that you had no way of knowing what direction the sound came from. Now you say you were asleep, so wouldn’t have been able to tell where it came from, and people who were awake didn’t hear it, so were unable to tell where it came from.

How do you know the sound came “directly from the light source”? Are you just making that up?
