The BBC News, as well as its Swedish equivalent, has ceased news reporting from within Russia. The Swedish journalists are being sent back into Sweden due to the risk that they or local employees and contractors risk being prosecuted for spreading "fake news" about Russias war.

The only significant critical (but still owned by Gazprom) newspaper in Russia will cease all reporting on the war, although it will not shut down.

I think this must be more like the American equivalent of opening your invasion with poorly-equipped, poorly-supplied, and poorly-led conscripts who don't really have a clear idea of what the mission is, or even that they're going into a live conflict.
