Same as I experienced and many others I know. Don't be surprised if it wipes the floor with you for a few days.
Wonder why it affects people so differently. My Pfizer first shot - mildly sore arm, second shot - nothing. (Maybe I got one of those nurses who was substituting saline)
my suspicion is that some people with weak side-effects had, unknowingly, already had some degree of COVID prior to vaccination.
Let me qualify, "up to" a few days :9.Headache this morning. DAYS??![]()
I just had my second Moderna shot on Wednesday. All day yesterday I was in bed with fatigue, body pains, chills, and a fever. This morning I feel pretty normal. But man Yesterday was tough.
How did you feel after the first shot? I had the Pfizer vaccines and other than the area aound the injection felt tender for a few days, I had no ill feelings.
Thanks for getting vaccinated!
I went to get my second shot last Wednesday, at CVS. They told me they were not taking walk-ins, since when the FDA authorized booster shots. I thought how crazy this was...there was nobody else there to get a shot, but they turned me away. So, now I have to schedule an appointment, which is about 5 days out.
The FDA authorized third doses for immunocompromised people.
The pharmacists are giving the shots - they do have other duties.
They weren't doing jack, when I was there. Flawed policy.
Sure.

When you use a multi-dose vial of this vaccine, if you don't use all the doses within a certain timeframe you have to waste the rest.
There could easily be reasons you don't see.
Yeah, it is a secret mystery, of course. Anything to foster a debate.![]()
