Wonder why it affects people so differently. My Pfizer first shot - mildly sore arm, second shot - nothing. (Maybe I got one of those nurses who was substituting saline :eek:)

my suspicion is that some people with weak side-effects had, unknowingly, already had some degree of COVID prior to vaccination.

I just had my second Moderna shot on Wednesday. All day yesterday I was in bed with fatigue, body pains, chills, and a fever. This morning I feel pretty normal. But man Yesterday was tough.

How did you feel after the first shot? I had the Pfizer vaccines and other than the area aound the injection felt tender for a few days, I had no ill feelings.

:thumbsup::thumbsup: Thanks for getting vaccinated!

First shot was fine. Only a luttle pain in my warm, like you, The second,,,whew. The only reason it took this long to get vaxxed was because of availability in my country. First chance I had, I took it! :thumbsup:

I went to get my second shot last Wednesday, at CVS. They told me they were not taking walk-ins, since when the FDA authorized booster shots. I thought how crazy this was...there was nobody else there to get a shot, but they turned me away. So, now I have to schedule an appointment, which is about 5 days out.

The FDA authorized third doses for immunocompromised people.

The pharmacists are giving the shots - they do have other duties.

Moderna knocked me for a loop. I got the shot in the morning and felt fine until about five in the afternoon. Then, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was miserable for about 36 hours.

Feeling much better today headache all but gone, muscles back to normal. But I have a terrible pain in my right shoulder possibly from sleeping in an awkward position with the pillow.

There's no evidence to support this, plus it makes little sense. Some people get a very sore arm from tetanus shots and others have no reaction. It also occurs with the pertussis vaccine, the pneumonia vaccine and a number of others.

And if you think about it, why do some people get mild myocarditis and others don't?

They weren't doing jack, when I was there. Flawed policy.

When you use a multi-dose vial of this vaccine, if you don't use all the doses within a certain timeframe you have to waste the rest.

There could easily be reasons you don't see.

Yeah, it is a secret mystery, of course. Anything to foster a debate. :rolleyes:
