Cyber Ninjas will deliver their report to the AZ Senate. They will invite media to come hear every tiny discrepancy (many quite typical of ballots from 7 months ago having been handled and transfered numerous times now).

So the investigation has lead to the audit and will be presented in a report, delivered at a hearing. Next step, introduce a measure in committee to assign a commission to suggest electoral reforms. About that time it will be election season again, so the commission will come back next session, then move on to crafting new laws based on the commission recommendations.

Some other states jumped right out with the election suppression laws, they should take note of how AZ is really slow-walking it to milk the idiots for money over and over and over again.

I wonder if the AZ Senate understands that the Maricopa County election board is very clearly and publicly documenting that they ran an election according to all legal duties, and that it's actually Cyber Ninjas, and likely anyone who is paying them, that's repeatedly violating the law i and yet the latter group has repeatedly, without cause, accused the former of acting illegally.

Who knows ?

The AZ state senate want to find sufficient discrepancies to throw the election result into some kind of doubt. Maybe it's a genuine attempt to overthrow the election, maybe it's just to curry favour with Donald Trump and his supporters, maybe it's a longer game to get more voter suppression laws passed, maybe it's a combination of things.

One thing we can be reasonably clear about is that facts no longer matter to the modern day GOP and that "Alternative Facts" are perfectly persuasive if the other kind don't support the narrative.
