Or the joke about the government realizing that hoaxing the moon landing would end up being more expensive than actually going to the moon, so they decided to do it for real.

The fact that you need to launch the actual rocket, with the actual capsule on it, and have it go far enough that the Russians won't get wise to your scheme, by itself means you should just people in the capsule.
 
That's why I adore that joke about it being true that Stanley Kubrick faked the moon landings for NASA, but he was such a perfectionist he demanded it be filmed on the moon.

If bamboo paper is white then it will fluoresce. Paper is white from bleaching, not the fiber source. Stuff bleached will fluoresce.

Why do you say it's "beyond you", when you have the correct answer right there? "Chinese = bamboo" is really all the thought any of them put into it, it's really not complicated.

Yep! You nailed it.

And this is why counterfeit money can sometimes be spotted by the bill fluorescing. US currency is made from cotton not wood.. White paper stock is the result of bleaching the wood pulp. The color of cotton paper is natural and not the result of bleach.

I have yet to see any news from these clowns yet about amazing bamboo ballot disclosures. Should not be hard to find at least a couple by now of the 40,000 they say were planted.

I disagree.
He knew how cheap studios could be. If they decided to film “Santa Clause vs the Martians 2” they might just grab his costumes and use them. OK, maybe not that film, but it is a pretty safe bet that they would have shown up in a different movie.

And? Not to derail the thread but that's very selfish of him. So what if the studio makes a sequel or spinoff or unrelated movie?
