is this better or worse than Holocaust Denial?
Worse.Much Worse.
is this better or worse than Holocaust Denial?
And your proof that the National Guard is made up of Oathkeepers is....
the "activists" here are just ordinary thugs and bullies. The "occupiers" own a second home. They are part of the sovereign citizen movment.
journalists are being assaulted by the thugs but don't worry antifa boot lickers who respect their authoritaay, you're probably safe.
Proud Boys are just the Klan minus the Halloween costumes.
Actually the Moorish SVCs sound like Nation Of Islam wannabes.
We have a antifa bootlicking mayor that is not capable of standing up to bullies. Neighbors are pissed off. Many buildings and businesses along N. Mississippi Avenue have been vandalized by graffiti, including the Avel Gordly Head Start building named for the first Black women elected to the Oregon Senate.
The Avel Gordly Head Start facility in North Portland, December 15, 2020 (KOIN)
“When I think about the meaning of Albina Head Start, it’s a community institution, it’s been serving children and families for decades, going back to least the 1970s,” said Gordly, who has lived in Portland for over seven decades. “It’s more than the damage to the building that’s unsettling. What it signals is that someone is ignorant about Albina Head Start and its significance to the Black community.”
“It’s hard to continue when you own a building and support the neighborhood and then it gets terrorized. I’m sorry to say it but I don’t think it’s right. There’s other ways to get support. That’s not the way to get support. Vandalism,”
We lack the political will to stop these vigilantes, these bullies, here in Portland. We can't have people going around on "patrol" whether they are Proud Boys or Antifa. And the neighbor wonders if all the property taxes they’ve paid “can’t go towards preventing armed vigilantes from patrolling my neighborhood.”
I won't comment in general on this second zone, since I've heard so much conflicting information.
BODYCAM VIDEO SHOWS ‘MOB MENTALITY’ OF BOSTON POLICE WHO RESPONDED TO GEORGE FLOYD PROTESTS, LAWYER SAYS
Hours of video given exclusively to The Appeal show police officers bragging about attacking protesters and multiple instances of excessive force and the liberal use of pepper spray.
The hours of video, given exclusively to The Appeal by Williams, show police officers bragging about attacking protesters, targeting nonviolent demonstrators for violence and possible arrest, discussing arrest quotas and the use of cars as weapons, and multiple instances of excessive force and liberal use of pepper spray.
“Some police officers engaged in actions that were, at a minimum, unprofessional and, at worst, unjustified excessive force or abuse of authority,” the report said.
The report recommended, among other steps, that the Police Department create a separate unit to oversee demonstrations that would work closely with community affairs officers who are specially trained to facilitate interaction between the public and the police.
The report also said the department should re-evaluate the use of specialized units that played a central role in the protests — the Strategic Response Group and the Disorder Control Unit — which are trained to handle terrorist attacks, riots and other serious threats.
Oh wow, it seems that this sort of thing is rather common, who could have ever guessed:
I'm amazed by that thing I and others here have been repeatedly pointing out for years now.
Meanwhile, right wing mobs run the streets and commit crimes with virtual impunity.
Is there something about the description of police work that would make you think they don't focus on hurting people? Not a lot of guitars and knitting needles on their utility belts or in patrol vehicles.
“To protect and serve”
Scare quotes noted.
That would depend on which group they are protecting and serving

Violence is an intrinsic part of police work, but it's still notable that these people really seem to enjoy hurting people.
Euthanizing animals might be part of a vet's job, but you would be right to worry if the vet took visible pleasure in doing so, and it might lead you to question whether their decisions really are motivated by the best interests of the animal and not just to maximize their own sadistic pleasures.
Cops are supposed to use their expertise and training to minimize the amount of violence they employ as part of their jobs.Videos showing cops in riot gear squaring off with the public as giddy as kids in a candy shop with a pocket full of cash rightly make one question their judgement.
Throughout the day, organizers broke glass doors on the west side of the Capitol building, tore tarps from the marble reliefs on the front steps, and engaged in a brief standoff with Oregon State Police and Salem Police Department officers.

"I'm very proud of everybody that showed up today," protester David Klaus said to the crowd. "We accomplished two very important things ... We put the fear of God in the citizens of our state. They know we're not messing around anymore.
"Number two: We shamed the traitorous law enforcement officers that kept us out of our house," Klaus said. "They made their choice today — what happens next is on them."
