Looking carefully at that graph, it predicts that if 70% of voters vote the straight Republican ticket, then another 70% should also have voted for Trump off-ticket. The fact that he can't see, from his own data, that he's insisting a 140% vote for one candidate is the hallmark of a fair election, suggests to me that he's somewhat blinded by his own bias.

Seriously, look at that graph and think about it. That is quite honestly what it claims.

As I understand it the "curing" process was spelled out in a Pennsylvania statewide secretary of state advisory, but some counties chose to use it and some didn't. I'm also not certain if the voter should have been contacted by election officials or by political parties. But all counties got the same guidance - I don't know if it was supposed to be optional or not but the decision was made at the county level.

That's as far as I understood, could be wrong.

tl;dr : you are correct. Also, it involves a small number of ballots (a few thousand at most), so it is of no consequence for Biden's victory in Pennsylvania.

Then there is this:

Regardless, G. Terry Madonna, a public affairs professor and director of the Center for Politics and Public Affairs at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, said mail-in voting in the state is likely here to stay, and so the governor and state Legislature should try to address this issue for future elections.

That sounds reasonable, but of course it was precisely because the Republican state Legislature refused to address the issues of mail ballots that the count took a few days. Had they accepted to do as in communist states as Ohio or Florida, we would have known by Wednesday 4th of November in the morning that Biden had won Pennsylvania, and hence the election.

Looking at the big picture, in the past 4 years Trump has never had an approval rating above 50%. The polls in the months leading up to the election showed Biden in the lead, both for the popular vote and for several swing states. When the party conventions were aired, Biden received higher television ratings, just as he did when he and Trump had competing town hall meetings.

None of this actually proves anything, but it does indicate that it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that Biden won the election. That is, the results are not out of left field - in fact, they are right in line with the expected outcome.

But Trump supporters were lying to pollsters about their support for Trump, so they naturally assumed that Biden supporters would lie about their support for Biden.
 
Has anyone asked Ted Cruz about the election results? He would be an expert since he has a history of rigging elections. At least that's what Donald Trump said. Here is Trump's tweet from February 2016 after Cruz beat him in the Iowa caucus.

Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified.

So yet another Trump allegation that has gone down in flames.

You’ve got to love how they keep alleging that these serious felonies took place and their response is to file lawsuits.

It’s like claiming someone was murdered and filing a wrongful death suit instead of calling the police.

To be fair, sometimes that happens. Donald Trump is the defendant in a suit right now from an (alleged) rape victim who didn't call the police.

And when those don't get them anywhere, because they don't have any evidence, their response is risk-free allegations on social media and TV, places where they aren't required to have any evidence on pain of sanctions for frivolous charges. They know damn well that, four years from now, none of the MAGAhats are going to remember that in the only venues that had any actual power to affect the results, none of their allegations went anywhere- but they will sure as hell be chanting about the Great Steal of 2020 as if it was a proven fact based on Facebook/Twitter/OAN-generated memes on "Dominion!" and "300K+ ballots never delivered!" and other such empty nonsense. The goal isn't to validly overturn the results, it's to poison the well of a legitimate Presidency for four years.

For those who don't want to bother:

They completely struck out all the complaints that had to do with the treatment of observers being constitutional violations (Count 1 and 2). They struck out some other counts, too, but it's not clear to me what those referred to, at least from the section titles.

Theoretically, if a corrupt enforcement branch of the executive department refused to prosecute obvious felonies despite the evidence, filing it as a lawsuit is a way to employ checks and balances by getting it into a courtroom yourself.

IF you have good evidence.

This is the "ballot curing" complaint. The Trump argument is that because ballot curing wasn't uniformly applied that not just ballots that were cured (Guestimated at about 1500). but All mail in ballots in heavily Democratic counties should be tossed. It's an absurd remedy.
