Doesn't matter. All they need to do is find a single friendly judge to send a case to The Supremes and democracy in the US is finished forever.
Oh for pity's sake. Just because Trump believes and repeats this fantasy doesn't mean there is one lick of evidence for it.Doesn't matter. All they need to do is find a single friendly judge to send a case to The Supremes and democracy in the US is finished forever.
You have to have a case before you can sucessful sue.
Apparently they don't know this.
Is there a reason you didn't include the year of this order?

He has no idea about the lawsuits, you seem to be indicating that Trump is actually doing something, that he is organising these various law suits brought by people that are not Trump, that he coordinates them, that they are part of strategy or plan he has come up with.
There is no evidence that he is doing this and the evidence we have is that it would be entirely exceptional for him to be organising such a campaign.
Trump tweets
Many of the court cases being filed all over the Country are not ours, but rather those of people that have seen horrible abuses. Our big cases showing the unconstitutionality of the 2020 Election, & the outrage of things that were done to change the outcome, will soon be filed!
We won’t let a RIGGED ELECTION steal our Country!

Or the lawyers do but they are trying to humor the orange alien thingy.
I wonder if they are billing daily.
In advance.
The main group of lawyers quit. Make of that what you will.![]()
What does the same analysis for Biden show?

About a few thousand "cured ballots" at most.I'm a little confused here. They've removed the element of violation of Constitutional rights by exclusion of observers from a lawsuit that's basically about violation of Constitutional rights by exclusion of observers. What are they still suing about?
Dave
The retrenched version of the suit filed late Sunday morning with a federal court in Williamsport, Pa., withdrew the request for relief over the poll-watching allegations and now focuses solely on varying practices by county officials for handling mail-in ballots that lacked an internal secrecy envelope or otherwise ran afoul of the state’s election rules.
The Trump campaign argues that Trump’s constitutional rights were violated because some counties made efforts to contact voters who botched their mail-in ballots, while other counties made no such outreach.
The legal move appears to narrow the number of votes at stake in the federal suit to a few thousand or less. Officials in one suburban Philadelphia county, Montgomery, said at a court hearing earlier this month that they believe about 93 ballots were “cured.”
With President-elect Joe Biden nearly 69,000 votes ahead of Trump in the Keystone State, the number of cured ballots seems likely to be too small to matter. However, the revised version of the Trump campaign’s federal court suit continues to ask for a court order barring Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar from certifying the statewide election results for president.

I've made a comment under the YT-Video that deals with the lengthy Naim Kabir thing the section in your document is based upon. Took me around five minutes, and in another comment I dealt with a similar lenghty google spread sheet as well.
The fundamental "error" both make is that they get wrong what is actually plotted in the video - which renders all their calculations moot. Their "misunderstanding" is derived from a not very precisely formulated bullet point in the video, one that can only be "misunderstood" if one stops to watch the video there. So they claim the Y-Axis shows something it doesn't show and go on with stun grenades after that.
Pantomime debunking.
edit: for convenience (Youtube is almost unusable as discussion platform, takes me long enough to find my own posts):

I think the theory is that mail in ballots weren't delivered to their proper destinations, but were instead diverted to the secret hideaway where they were filled in as votes for Biden.
Umm, did you actually watch the video?
Dr. Shiva literally makes the argument that if the percentage of people that voted for Trump on a mixed ticket is about the same as the number of people that voted straight Republican, the graph of "Straight Republican Vote vs Trump - Straight Republican Vote" should be about 0 all the way across. He even shows the graph on the screen.....

You can see the axis he is using.
Here's a good video on why the analysis is wrong, and why you shouldn't subtract percentages.
