Don't sell him short. Reading chyrons all day adds up.
I suppose he's counting Trump reading Twitter into the night or something.

Well he has sort of finally learned how to read over the four years as a necessity. He reads off the teleprompter at about a 4th grade level at best.It isn’t as if we haven’t seen how good Trump is at reading.
I can't believe he reads those. Maybe he watches for "Trump" to roll by.Don't sell him short. Reading chyrons all day adds up.
OMG, now that's interesting. I was watching the House hearing on DeJoy and the USPS and when it ended I switched to the other CSPAN channel for a minute. They were having the states' roll call live. My first thought was it's quite dull compared to the Democrats' convention. My second was that must be why they are putting this on during the day instead of during the convention itself.
That Trump is complaining that it isn't being covered live is pitiful. Did Fox cover it live? I imagine Donny watched every minute since everyone cheered that he got unanimous delegate votes.

Do the Republicans not do that thing that caused the (minor and overblown by the media/Social Networking) hubbub thing where someone symbolically nominates another candidate that some people took as AOC slighting Biden because she "nominated" Sanders?
Or am I conflating different processes/part of the process?

I think Sanders had to be nominated under the convention rules, because he did have some delegates pledged to vote for him.
I'm assuming there was no republican challenger, since he is the incumbent. And if there was a challenger, they did not get any delegates.
"Monkey!" someone shouted after Donald Trump mentioned Obama.
Trump says "Let's be nice."
The crowd laughs.
"This could only happen in North Carolina," says Trump, laughing.

Nah, they're not racists. Not at all.
Not only did Trump not call that person out like a decent person would have, but he condones the racism by making light of it and laughing. Disgusting. That should be used by the Lincoln Project in an ad.

Zing!Practice for the one to be held on Nov. 4?

Finally, an honest-to-goodness "cuck" and not some edgy slang. Falwell used to sit in the corner of the room watching his wife banging this guy, to whom Falwell gave ownership of a South Beach gay-friendly hostel. This story is so good, coming right after Falwell drunksplaining his yacht party photos.
