Cont: The Trump Presidency: Part 22

After having read about Tulsa, I'd guess they don't like and/or tolerate successful negros and would like drive them away, kill them, burn and sieze their property.

I'm really in a quandary about this one. I'm not sure if it's stupid or evil. It feels like it's evil but Trump and his Trumptrash can't possibly be smart enough to be this evil. To think this was thought through would be to acknowledge that Trump and his supporters have near human intelligence. I know biologically, they are basically human. If we harvested their organs, I'm sure they'd work. This is so perfectly evil I can't imagine they are smart enough to do it.

Not a Nazi but a racist for sure.

You don't have to be white supremacist to be racist.

I don't see where calling Miller a Nazi is wrong. It's the worst thing you could call a Jewish person. Even if he's not trying to betray his own co-religious, he works for Trump so it's okay to say he is.

Horse-****, Donny. Pure unadulterated Class-1 Grade-A tuberculin-free horse-****.

But since we know lying is all you do while you are awake, we expect no less.

I’m guessing it is BS as well.

If the Trumps turned down money I suspect it was for reasons such as

(1) the money was allocated for small businesses and DJT was afraid of how many people would call Trump properties small businesses.

(2) the cash came with strings (e.g. a certain percentage Must go to pay low-end workers and no one can be laid off until October(?))

(3) to ensure that #2 is met, the business must open its books to a federal inspector.

I suspect the president would rather cut off his own hand than let the 2019 and 2020 financials be seen by a government employee. Ok, maybe not his own hand but definitely Eric’s, and very probably Donny, Jr’s, but unhesitatingly Eric’s.

Trump told an audience in Dallas today:

"We're dominating the streets with compassion because we're saving lives."

Hmmmm.....the pepper bombs weren't the cause of all those tears; they were a reaction to all that compassion.

For the obvious reasons, the United States Secret Service prefers the acronym "USSS"

Lindsey Graham backed up Gen. Milley's apology for appearing in Trump's church photo op:

"I have nothing but deep admiration for and total confidence in General Milley as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff," Graham tweeted on Thursday. "I support his statement in both substance and spirit regarding the recent presidential visit to St. Johns."
Graham added, "General Milley is a tremendous military leader who understands the long tradition of maintaining an apolitical, nonpartisan military."

Can we expect a Trump Tweet calling Graham a 'loser' or some other disparaging name?

"We're working to finalize an Executive Order that will encourage police departments nationwide to meet the most current professional standards for the use of force, including tactics for de-escalation."

As mentioned above, they didn't "turn it down" because they weren't eligible in the first place. There was explicit wording in the Act excluding businesses owned by a list of federal officials (Congressional Representatives, Senators, POTUS, VP, Cabinet appointees).

You can only attend Trump's rally in Tulsa if you agree not to sue if you contract COVID-19.

THOSE THAT DENY THEIR HISTORY ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT!

Seriously? Unbelievable!

IANAL but I even doubt that would truly cancel the organizers’ legal liability. Trump has repeatedly downplayed the danger of COVID-19 and is actively encouraging, even insisting on risky behavior. Courts have held that signing a waiver form does not remove all your legal rights in a given matter.

Nor will they make progress if they take tens of millions of racists and excuse their racist attitudes.

Notice the wording... "encourage" de-escalation tactics. Not sure what exactly that means, but I suspect its probably the equivalent of someone saying "play nice, m'kay" when a bully is kicking someone in the head... its unlikely the bully will comply.

Seriously failed presidential candidate, Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren, just introduced an Amendment on the renaming of many of our legendary Military Bases from which we trained to WIN two World Wars. Hopefully our great Republican Senators won’t fall for this!
Well, given the fact that it easily passed the republican-controlled senate armed forces committee, and some republican senators expressed vocal support, suggests that Trump might be on the losing end.

And its possible that actions to rename the military bases will be included in a bill involving military funding, so if Stubby McBonespurs wants to veto the bill, he will be forced to vote against funding the armed forces, which could be a little embarrassing.

Graham is pathetic. I think deep down he known that Trump is evil and a total idiot, but supports him because of Graham's ultra conservative base.

Be interesting to see whom they rename the bases after. Fort Bragg is a no brainer since it's main task is being the home of US Airborne forces;Fort Ridgeway or Fort Gavin, after the US two greatest Leaders of Airborne Troops in WW2.

"Queer"? "Faggot"? Nah probably not, someone will convince him to be more "subtle" than that. Mention his marital status or something. As long as the dog whistle is there.

In 2015 Graham predicted that nominating Trump would mean the end of the Republican party. Then he turned into just another boot-licker. Sad.
