True. IMO the crucial, Trump inspired, changes are:
- Brazen lying (with stupid lies, easily disproven) is now government policy
- Attempts are being made to exclude the press, who are increasingly being labelled enemies of the state
- Blind loyalty to the leader is being placed well above party influence or competence when it comes to selecting ministers
- Attempts are under way to undermine the independence of the judiciary and civil service
- Experts are being replaced by partisan hacks in important roles
