Don't be so sure.You know, I can understand separatists voting for the Parti Quebecois provincially, because if they won, they'd actually have some power as the provincial government to press for changes that would benefit Quebec. But Federally? The BQ will never have any actual power, even if they "hold the balance of power" in a minority government situation. Exactly who, on the Federal level, would open themselves up to the charge of pandering to the separatists?
There has been such an effort by many people to completely demonize the conservative party, to the point where I am sure at least some politicians would decide "We would rather form a coalition with a party that wants to destroy Canada than to have a party that wants to cut taxes some small amount!"
Just look at all the accusations of Conservatives having a "hidden agenda". (We've even seen it in this thread.) And consider all the people that will argue "The separatists won't win a 3rd referendum" and thus think the Bloc is harmless.
