Flynn tried to hide behind "lobbying" as it's the lighter restriction. Inovo is fully owned by an Erdogan croney. Flynn was paying games with terms and was clearly being deceptive thinking he could get away with it by pretending it was an honest mistake. But clearly Flynn had conscience of guilt by hiding what he was doing.

Do you really think it is a "lie that a federal court judge told (said?) today that a decorated American general committed treason"? If so we are in agreement. He did not say that. He asked if treason charges might be warranted.

That's not what happened. He asked if it could be the case. Granted, as a federal judge, he probably has more power than your or I. But AFAIK, he did not "tell" Flynn that Flynn committed treason.
