No he wasn't. And hardly

Contrary to your assertion, the judge understands this case far better than you do. What Flynn did was clearly traitorous although Flynn wouldn't or couldn't be convicted of treason so the judge walked it back. And contrary to your argument that the judge's words should cause chills, it warmed my heart with patriotism.

The tongue lashing he gave Flynn was well deserved. But because of it I feel confident that the judge will follow the government's recommendation and not sentence the General to prison. I say this from my experience with police, although the I certainly could be wrong. If a cop pulls you over and berates you, he's unlikely to write you a ticket as that is adding insult to injury. No, if he's going to write the ticket, he will hardly say a word.

Sullivan said "I'm not hiding my disgust my disdain for this criminal offense,”

1: The LDA does NOT permit the registrant to make personal financial gain from his/her lobbying,

2: Being registered under the LDA does not allow the registrant to TO ACT AS AN AGENT OF A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT!!

3: If being registered under the LDA was a valid defence... why did his lawyers not use it?

Yes, it is an identifying code for a document that refers to the filing of the disclosure in August of 2016.

And confirms that unlike the despicable lie told by Sullivan today Flynn did not lobby for any Turkish companies while working for our President.

Folks, his lawyers did not raise it because he was not charged with it because the ******* Mueller crime family could not prove dick unless it was based on testimony of scumbags like Strzok.

The right has transformed accusations of treason into a god damn industry, but the moment you even ask if one of their guys has committed it, that's just beyond the pale. Utterly intolerable! Who would do such a thing? What happened to respect?

The document specifically refers to the LDA filed in August 2016 in specific compliance with the LDA AND FARA.

Flynn has not been charged with violating FARA no doubt because of the statutes I have previously cited.

You don't know what you're talking about. This is spin and nothing else.

FARA didn't recognize this argument. The letter tries to make it appear as if Flynn was merely lobbying for a Turkish corporation as opposed to the fact he was lobbying for the Turkish government in its attempt to extradite Mr Gulen

Yeah, because it was a Dutchy company, not Turkish. Really, it was. That's the ticket.

Flynn tried to hide behind "lobbying" as it's the lighter restriction. Inovo is fully owned by an Erdogan croney. It is a Dutch company on paper and only by trying to hide behind its Dutch registration does he dupe willing fools into defending him as "not really working for Turkey at all, no sirree, working for a Dutch company, why do you hate Hans Brinker?"
