The Deep State is so clever that they tricked Trump into appointing the guy who appointed Mueller. It is hard to trick Trump because he's a genius.

She already knows, she works in a laundromat*. Next time just ask her, with a very concerned look, if there is anything you can do to help her "you poor thing". Walk away and let her wonder.

* No offense to laundromat personnel. Never shame in an honest days work. Damn straight.

I hope Mueller subpoenas him for testimony under oath. Then we'll see Trump unravel, publically, I'm sure.

I expect him to lose his temper and have a tweetstorm over the request but as for the testimony itself I expect the same combination of forgetfulness, deception and bald-faced lies that hes brought to testimony in the past. He's very practised at it and unlike most people can do it without a hint of shame. :(

He won't care whether Mueller believes him, all he needs is to keep his base happy and keep the GOP onside - a very easy job IMO

Mueller won't care either. Lying under oath is perjury. Since Trump literally can't keep himself from lying and everyone knows it, sworn testimony will never happen. He's just bringing it up now so he can refuse to do it and then later whine about how cooperative he's trying to be.
 
No one knows what Trump's position on immigration is after the open meeting he had yesterday. The moron agreed to do whatever everyone asked of him, even if it contradicted something he agreed to just a few minutes before.

Has Fox not broadcast Murdoch's view yet? They seem to be being a tad slow if you ask me! They run such an important public service you'd think they'd have to legally broadcast the president's view within 24 hours.

I was seeing this on twitter, and the response from republicaners was, "Go Trump! Show that Feinstein who's boss!"

They actually thought he looked good in that video. Personally, I think he looks like President Benson from Hot Shots Part Deux, without the comedic charm of Lloyd Bridges.

(Although the best Benson line is from the first movie, when he was just an admiral

To be fair, he didn't use a racial slur or soil himself.
 
I think it would be interesting if he DID give live testimony. Unlikely, I'll grant you, but interesting.

He would either throw a tantrum, confirming the suspicions/beliefs of all the anti-Trump brigade.

Or he could pull off a masterstroke, be calm and reasoned, and cause all the anti-Trump people to rush into the park to scream and the sky. Sales of kittens would skyrocket !

If Trump pulled off a "masterstroke" (that did not involve him actually having a stroke), I think most "anti-Trump" people would be bewildered and wonder where the hell he had hidden that part of his personality. Then again, if that happened we would have other things to worry about, because it would be raining cats and dogs and hell would have frozen over.
