js,In the past there have been various warnings and prohibitions about activities at Jabba's web site. For the present, I will try to summarize the intent of those previous warnings and prohibitions.
First and foremost, Jabba's web site had been compromised. It was serving malicious content. If and only if that has been resolved may any link to the web site be provided.
Second, recruiting people from here to discuss Jabba's theories there is prohibited. It is rude, too, to attempt to steal our membership. This is a perfectly fine place to discuss things, so discuss things here.
Third, Jabba's web site may not be used as a vehicle to proxy a conversation with someone. If someone else is to react and to respond to discussion here, they must come here to do so.Replying to this modbox in thread will be off topic Posted By: jsfisher
I will also point out that members here own their posts. The ISF may reproduce and compile the posts, because that's a condition of use for this site. Others don't have that right without the permission of the post owner. Although not an actual Membership Agreement matter, it is still damn rude to not get permission.Posted By: jsfisher
- At this point, I have two websites, one of which is old and will be dropped as soon as I can do the necessary transferring. As far as I know it has no
"malware," or the like, attached.
- The other site is current, and also clean -- as far as I know. My proposed map is on this second site.
- I wanted to use this map like detectives do on TV with their "murder boards." I need to be able to refer back to my old summary, and to change it as info develops. Nobody here wants to go to my site, so I'll just repeat and revise as we go along -- right here.
- By referring members to my site, I was trying to avoid taking up the extra space on this site with the need to constantly repeat my summary. Currently, I'm thinking that space, here, is not anything to worry about.
- I suppose this post could be considered off topic, but I'm just responding to what a moderator said on this thread...
