That's actually quite awful. There hasn't been a crime,
How do you know that? Without an investigation, how can you say that?
I wish that these investigations were something other than a dirt digging expedition on Trump. The Russians really were very interested in our elections, to the point that they broke into election systems, and leaked data, and held meetings with campaign officials. I want to know why. If that includes digging dirt on Trump, so be it, but that shouldn't be the focus. It is the focus, but it shouldn't be. Oh, well. I think Trump himself contributed a great deal to making it so.
They will find something and it won't have anything to do with this Russian Collusion.
If they dug every single thing they could possibly find about me in my whole life, they wouldn't find anything worth prosecuting. They might find a miscalculated tax return, but never deliberate fraud. They would find some teenage trespassing and underage drinking. They would find a trivial amount of mishandling classified documents in the distant past. None of it would be significant.
Are you saying that's not the case with Donald Trump? Are you saying that if you look hard enough, you'll find something illegal, like, really illegal? Not just a disputed interpretation of "self-gain" (or whatever that buzzword of the week was) in the tax code?
Well then, they need to keep up the investigation. If it's that obvious, it needs to be uncovered.
Meanwhile, on another note, this interaction between Trump and Sessions is yet another thing that is both astonishing and embarrassing. I can't believe I'm seeing this.
