Who will Trump fire first?

I doubt he could force a government employee to sign an NDA, or that it would be enforceable anyway. It's not his private business, they all work for the US, not Donald Trump.

Its quite clear she made a mistake, it couldn't be more obvious. Your side can't even be honest about it.

She's talking as if she knows what she's talking about, but obviously has no clue. She is either lying or is massively incompetent.

Seriously, I suspect either Spicer or Kellyanne. PR people are expendable and make great scapegoats.

NDA are rather notorious for being unenforceable anyway. Which is why most companies do not bother with them anyway.

I think you're thinking of a non-compete, those are often unenforceable in the US.

Non-disclosure agreements are enforceable and are used all the time when companies do business with one another.

IANAL, but as far as an NDA for a person working for the US government, I don't know how that could work. Unless it is deemed national security, I don't think the government could prevent anyone from writing a kiss-and-tell.

Back in April, Trump did an interview with the Washington Post in which he said he would require high-level federal employees to sign nondisclosure agreements, to prevent inside accounts of his administration from leaking out years later.
"When people are chosen by a man to go into government at high levels, and then they leave government and they write a book about a man and say a lot of things that were really guarded and personal, I don’t like that.”

I believe that it was determined to not be something he could actually do. His transition team members have separate NDAs though.

There's going to be lots of folks fired but it's going to be Obama holdovers. ;)

Trump can't fire anyone he picks, they are the very best, the only best humans on earth who can present alt-facts with a straight face, as they call alt-facts, alt-facts. It is hard to find a staff which is proof of superior dumbing down.

What is super pathetic, when this administration makes mistakes, they switch the blame to others with examples about unrelated issues...

The good side and bad side, Trump and his alt-fact fake news production team (aka propaganda and BS super people) are an endless supply of parody for Comedy Central, SNL, and anyone who sees the endless flow of hypocrisy/lies/BS.

What I find sad, Trump supporters, less than 43 percent of the country, fail to criticize the mistakes, the lies, the bigotry, and other issues... it reminds me of 1933 when Einstein left Germany "First". It is like the White House and Trumps Staff/Cabinet are using 9/11 truth tactics and debate techniques.

When will Trump supporters tell Trump and his alt-news-staff to stop the lies?

The best part of Trump's BS, you don't have to weed out the lies and false claims from sources, his staff and our president's comments and work are the sources. The BS that flows is done in plain sight, we don't have to check some idiotic news stories to get the facts on the faux pas, we see them in the clear, first hand quotes, as it happens. Trumps' BS is not filtered, it just appears, and his followers make excuses, and ignore it.

Got to go, and check the latest Tweet... who is going to be attacked today

Is this how Einstein felt in 1933... Does Donald and Mickey know planes have been invented, and the Wall will not be tall enough...

Spicer does not have to worry, Donald only watches SNL and the Apprentice.

All you need to do to overcome a NDA is to offer to pay the settlement cost for the NDA violation.

For a sufficiently juicy scoop, it would easily be worth it.

No, if there is an enforceable NDA a court would grant an injunction. I don't think DJT will be settling. So, the legal angle would be to attack the enforceability of the NDA. As someone else mentioned it may be a legal tangle considering that he is a federal employee.

So Trump declares all personal interactions with him top secret. Easy and far better than a measly NDA.

Would be, but I have gotten the impression over the years that government labels relating to confidential information are very structured.

Indeed, she clearly meant to say that "they were the terrorists behind the Bowling Green Terrorists".....

I do think the Spicer will be the first out the door.

Competence is a distant second to loyalty for Trump, and Spicer has made it clear that he will make a fool of himself any day to cover for his boss, no matter how ineffectual.
Who is there to replace him? Who will just repeat the lies of his boss as if they were scientific truths?
