You weren't particularly clear about the exploiting labour (ie having employees) thing.
I described working there on Fridays and another person covering the store when she has shows. My explaining why I suspect that didn't quite sink in for you will draw the following response:
I get to decide if I'm being exploited, not you.
I do a fair job and get a fair wage for it. It is my labor to offer in exchange and the association we maintain in that capacity is a consensual one. Do you propose that you or any other outside party should be able to alter or abolish that association?
In theory? Nothing.
In practice? Well, look at the private property which actually does get rearranged: Bank of America, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc. Where would you think she would be on that list?
Probably somewhere similar to the people who work at a particular local franchise of one of those companies, which are typically organized under the exact same form of business license (L.L.C.). The employees and managers all probably live within some reasonable distance from there, as well.
Are you proposing that some arrangement of letters on a sign on the side building determine what buildings are or are not valid targets for vandalism?
If otherwise, could you perhaps hasten to making a coherent statement on what the determining factors are in this regard?
Something with objective metrics so a standard can be applied that wouldn't allow people to pussy-foot around and just lash out irrationally against whatever they want on a whim and back-fill the justifications as they go?
