It depends on if someone runs in 2020 who can take over the Trump cult. Trump won't likely run again at 74 years old. Cruz is out for the "vote your conscience" speech. If there's no one to take over the mantle as an outsider, then the cult may just decide that no one speaks for them and stay home, where they belong.

Abortion and religion have always been problematic, true, but to me it seems other issues are becoming problematic. So, what people have against Trump? Those sexual abuses accusations, that we don't even know are true, are basically accusing Trump of being Hillary's husband, Bill Clinton.

I think that's simplistic. I have against Trump that he's a racist, misogyinist liar whose behavior throughout the campaign has been despicable, stupid and at times virtually insane. He accuses his opponents of unfairness, conspiracy, false citizenship, assassination, ugliness, and drug use. He has stated that if he is not elected the country will succumb to fatal disaster. The sexual abuse accusations are just an added confirmation that he is crazy and reckless and stupid, and his countering of them, including the statement that he has never met any of his accusers including at least one who interviewed him in person does not help.

For all that one can accuse Hillary's husband of sexual misconduct, I am not aware of his having boasted of groping unwilling victims and grabbing them by the genitals, and however one might criticize Hillary for not crowning him with a frying pan, it was, until the Republican party changed the plot, generally considered more in keeping with "family values" to stay married than to divorce and remarry as Trump has done more than once. And somehow though one thinks it ought to be unnecessary, one must once again remind some people that the person running for the presidency is Hillary, not Bill.

I am amused reading that Bill Bennet, the gambling addicted homilist and prating moral scold who wrote of "The Death of Outrage" at Clinton's peculations, has apparently thrown his support to Trump, suddenly deciding that people who oppose Trump on moral grounds "suffer from a terrible case of moral superiority and put their own vanity and taste above the interest of the country.” The clown car has an escort.

Trump aims at "the system" except when he uses it to his advantage. He's happy to use the courts to cheat contractors and to declare bankruptcies, and to use the loopholes in the tax code to avoid taxation, and the party structure to get nominated, but yeah, he hates the system.
