Trump was actually a notch more classy on that question than Clinton
 
BBC North America reporter verdict, Trump often had the upper hand. Clinton was muddled, It was a draw at best for Clinton.
 
I only tuned into this one for entertainment, or the train wreck effect. Sadly, it was boring, as Trump stayed almost moderate and actually finished ok. I had to apologize to my wife because I thought it was going to be funny

That's bad for Republicans since the base is going to be pressuring them to declare this a win after they spent the last two days fleeing from him. Then there's the problem that he did two unprecedented things that will dominate the news cycle:

1) Pledging to prosecute his opponent
2) Contradicting his VP candidate
 
Trump staying in control could actually be a problem long-term. If he had imploded, screamed in rage, and thrown a chair at Hillary, it would be a lot easier for the rest of the GOP to cut him loose and focus on down-ticket candidates. Now they may find themselves needing to remain chained to him.
 
Hillary had good moments of labeling Trump in Trump-world the first time. It did not work as well this time. And I had to tell her to shut up, the TV, about 5 times. The more Trump DID not shut up, the better, so I did not tell him. I just called him idiot twice.
 
Trump landed more zingers, so in the end that's probably what will count; however, he still didn't answer a single question worth a damn.

If that's the best that crazy Tucker can come up with the debate will have no effect.

Yes, I would have expected the next President to be more classy.
I know it's difficult to find an honest compliment for the Donald. Perhaps that he can be entertaining - or has brought a fresh wind into the GOP with his unorthodox views.
 
Donald has no redeeming qualities. At least not any that are relevant to the job he wants.
