Trump runs for POTUS/ Trumped Up! Part VI

Jonathan Martin of the NYT is reporting the latest talking points circulated to Rudy surrogates are declaring a total war on Republicans. It's a civil war. He's not dropping out; he's just putting the future of the Republican party at further risk.
LOL, he is going to spend the rest of the race fighting with Republicans. I hope he tells his crazy moron followers to not vote for John McCain and Kelly Ayotte.

Event was in Elkhorn, WI... little place just east of Delavan, which was/is home to Gov Scott Walker, as well as the International Clown Hall of Fame. Not to mention Gary Burghoff/"Radar" O'Reilly, along with a former lesbian I nearly married.
Ah, so there's a clown connection.

Rudy on MTP says Donald is going to show up for the debate and that he is as prepared as ever (not at all).

I think if Donald does drop out, he will try to take down the GOP with him for stabbing him in the back.

Quite so!

I expect that right after the debate tonight, Trump will console himself by planning to destroy the Republican Party for turning on him at such a critical moment. And right after election day, then Trump will start making calls and writing memos in order to line up his forces for doing so.

Ah, yes, no, but Hillary is an "enabler", you see. And Hillary is running for president and will enable the gumment to take your guns.

And what does that make all these people dismissing Trump's actions?

This false equivalency game doesn't work on this. I don't care how hard they try.

You just asked for a cite in one sentence and provided one in the next.

FYI

Here's more.

“We Were All Naked” When Donald Walked Through Beauty Queen Dressing*Room

A former Miss New Hampshire told BuzzFeed News last spring that Donald Trump strolled through the dressing rooms backstage at the 2000 Miss USA pageant and stared at the naked contestants.

In May, his campaign issued a blanket denial, calling Bridget Sullivan’s story and those of several other beauty queens “totally false.”

But Sullivan’s story has now received support from an unexpected source: Trump himself. The presidential candidate, who owned the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants until last year, told Howard Stern in 2005 that he made a habit of busting into the dressing rooms even when the contestants were not dressed.

That confirms his admission of sexual assault to Howard Stern.

Now you're trying to equate your speculation about what Clinton might have done based on accusations of sexual assault that even a Republican investigation couldn't find evidence for with Trump being caught on tape bragging about committing sexual assault....

The reality is, we know he's going to defend Trump no matter what. We know he's going to attack the Clintons no matter what. In this latest, he doesn't have much to work with so how else is he going to do that, defend Trump and turn it into an attack on the Clintons?

Looks like rethuglicans do not know difference between consensual sex and sexual assault. How surprising.
Infidelity doesn't look good upon a man's character in my book either so I'm not sure what you're trying to snipe at. You can place Trump in a category all it's own if you want, but you're basically arguing we should keep thugs out office after having already voted for one into office. That to me is enough of a double standard. But if levying ad hominems on my type for pointing that out gets a great weight off the shoulders, then by all means please continue.

Absolutely, now how about we talk about Trump openly claiming to have bribed politicians, or maybe his fraud trial? Or attacking a Gold Star family?
That's an excellent conversation. At least Trump makes it easy to see his activity. Clinton et al, generally see it as political suicide to lay things out in the open like that. I am plenty willing to criticize Trump on those matters. My question is, if we hold this discussion, will you hold your supported candidate to the same standards?

Is he going to 'build the wall' , and who is going to pay for it?
Not happening. Suppose he gets elected by enough turnout by his supporters. He still has to get through congress. I agree that the wall is not how the illegal immigration problem needs to be resolved. But this end of days scenario has been repeated so much ad nauseum that it's gotten old. People should really stop thinking there's going to be Armageddon. It's not.

How about his super secret plan to beat ISIS, or his open suggestion he wouldn't support some of the NATO allies against Russia?
If you feel like he's treating American interests too much like the affairs of a business and dislike that approach... then by all means, don't support his stances. But bear in mind that interfering with foreign affairs is an issue that has come up numerous times in the context of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria, to name a few. Needless to say, the context of his stances relates to allies in NATO to which a stir over his stances is none too shocking anyhow. I'd gather that Russian intervention amongst NATO allies would represent am significant American interest if one is to take his "approach" seriously. In that regard his proposal is questionable and that's being gracious.

Is he still planning to ban all Muslims entering the US or just subject them to 'extreme vetting'?
It's very difficult to ascertain a person's religion unless they volunteer that information. I doubt his ban would work based on the literal interpretation. He would need to focus on countries with a known history of being compromised by terrorist activities or from which jihadists have launched attacks. And even that wouldn't resolve the entire situation. If his position is still to do such a thing, then he's got an uphill battle to do it, ignoring the congressional route he has to navigate to get such a bill approved.

How about his plan to rip up all those trade deals the US signed?
On NAFTA, that's one of the few items he happens to be correct about.

I think if Donald does drop out, he will try to take down the GOP with him for stabbing him in the back.

At the moment he seems to be doubling down on it - attacking Bill Clinton.

I said he was turning into Velcro man. It's better than that - not only will everything start to stick to him, he's determined to stick to the GOP.

“We Were All Naked” When Donald Walked Through Beauty Queen Dressing*Room

That confirms his admission of sexual assault to Howard Stern.

And more.

Miss USA pageant contestant Temple Taggart, a former Miss Utah, last May told the New York Times Trump kissed her on the lips without her consent, and that she believed he did the same to other contestants.

Kissing on the lips without consent or other interaction? That sounds familiar.

Sunday talk
SOTU: C̶h̶r̶i̶s̶t̶i̶e̶ Rudy
This Week : P̶r̶i̶e̶b̶u̶s̶ Rudy
Fox Sunday: C̶o̶n̶w̶a̶y̶ Rudy
MTP: C̶o̶n̶w̶a̶y̶ Rudy
FTN: Rudy

New Term:

Full Rudy - when you have only one surrogate willing to go on TV.

Rudy is probably counting on a job at Trump's anticipated news organization that is supposed to compete with Fox. The rest have futures to think about. Backing Trump with the Republican establishment is disavowing him may have consequences. Of course disavowing Trump may have consequences for the Republican establishment.

And right after election day, then Trump will start making calls and writing memos in order to line up his forces for doing so.

Right after the whopping loss in the election, Trump will be left with precisely zero forces and never be a politician again.
